-In case of loss of key, an additional fee will be charged for its replacement.
-In case of a late check out without the consent of the host we may charge up to 50% of the last night ratae.
We recommend leaving the windows closed to avoid condensation in the air-conditioned flat. Also as a precaution in case of rain. Any damage of this nature will possibly incur an additional charge.
-One vehicle is allowed per booking, in the case of units A and B two vehicles may be allowed one behind the other.
