Nice condo

The condo itself was great I have no complaints except that the balcony was right over the air condition units so it made it a little difficult for me to be able to sit there. I love to sit on a balcony close to the beach. I found some of the staff at the building to be a little abrasive but that's nothing against the condo.

Amazing property

Amazing people to rent from, made our Thunder beach trip stay eazy. Trailer parking was awesome to have if your trailer your bike down like us. The condo was very very clean and the bed slept like it was new. No complaints out of us. Thanks again for everything

Place was as advertised

Property position was close to where we were frequenting. Unit was clean and comfortable. View not so great, but we didn't mind as our son and friends were on the 16th floor facing the gulf.

Perfect!

The check in is easy and we were able to walk to dinner, the beach, or a night out, or just a short drive to pier park. We did walk to pier park twice. It is about a mile. The description is spot on and we enjoyed staying. The views from the windows are amazing and this place is super clean! We will be back!

Good Apartment

Nice apartment, good location, very comfortable bed which is what we wanted. Lounge seating (bed settee) could have been a bit more comfortable but was still ok. Had everything we needed for our stay, would definitely recommend.

Work Vacation

Perfect spot for a quick work vacation with my wife. Loved everything about the condo. Great location, well stocked with essentials, very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Definitely will be staying here again.

Comfortable

The condo was well equipped with all necessities and the place was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet facing a large green space overlooking Pier Park at a distance. The location was very convenient to everything. The best was how responsive the owners were to any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo

The property was super clean and had such pretty views, but unfortunately due to the staff being so rude I will never stay at The Origin again. One lady they couldn’t even explain why they had wrote her a ticket, when she asked what she could do to fix the problem. And on my last night I parked on the side. Near the front door but out of the way of everyone. I went to the guys who opens the door and explained to him that it was my car parked there and that I just had to go get my suitcase so I didn’t have to load up in the parking garage or outside. As 2 girls it was comforting to us to load up around people because you never know now days. And he said that he was in the middle of writing me up a parking ticket at the moment. But there were no signs saying that I couldn’t load my suit case up real quick there. He then told me I had to move it to the parking garage or outside. No parking in the garage, and it took me like 20 extra minutes to get my car to the side of the building when all I needed was to bring down my suit case real quick and leave. The pool experience was wonderful but another reason why I won’t stay again is they were constantly on everyone, it’s really like no one could have any fun even at the pool. We were super nice and respectful because everyone has a job to do but to the extreme they were taking it was just too much. However renting this condo was nothing short of amazing and Matt & Summer helped me through the whole process anything that I needed they messaged me with in a short period of time.

Wonderful Stay!

Communication was fantastic with the property owners. Living and kitchen area is open, warm, and inviting. The bathroom is nice and spacious and having the washer and dryer was so nice. Bedroom was also very comfortable! Short little walk to the beach and lots of great restaurant choices nearby. It felt very homey here and would highly recommend this place. Thank you, Matt and Summer!

Wow!!!

This place is breath taking. It is soooooo clean, safe, And just amazing. It was so easy to check in and get in contact with the property manager. This condo has everything you could ever need. The laundry machines saved me especially because I was traveling with a 6 month old. The bathroom was so clean and very big. The bedroom was very beautiful we loved the big window and the mattress was so comfortable I never wanted to get out of bed. The living room area was beautiful we had a balcony which you could see the downtown area. Very beautiful at night. My husband and I never wanted to leave we felt like home here. I would recommend everyone to stay at Matt and summers place you will not be disappointed.
