Step out onto your private balcony of this charming condo located on the second floor to enjoy views of the popular Shores of Panama lagoon-style pool and the Gulf of Mexico—perfect for sipping coffee, having breakfast, or relaxing with snacks or cocktails! At Shores of Panama, you're just steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sands, with private beach access that makes enjoying the main attraction a breeze.

The King Master Bedroom features a king-size bed with private bathroom, while the second master includes a queen bed also with a private bathroom. Additionally, there's a bunkroom with a set of bunks and a private bathroom.The kitchen is well-equipped with ample storage space, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. It comes fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need and includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided; however, you'll need to bring your beach towels. The master bathrooms are spacious and include
a shower/tub combo along with a nice vanity area. The bunkroom has a walk-in shower.

This condo includes its own private parking space on the second floor. Condo 224 is located on the second floor at the Shores of Panama.
NOTICE: Ongoing Exterior Construction Improvements, May be disruptive and loud.
Age requirement to rent this condo is 25. $100 Registration fee on-site. (includes two parking passes and 8 wristbands)

Everything was great. Clean, neat and what was advertised. Only glitch in condo was clothes dryer. It worked for a couple of loads but on the last day after one load, it wouldn’t work. It kept saying “paused.” That is our only negative feedback.

Everything about the room was clean. Perfect view of the pool and still able to see the Gulf. Property was kept clean and staff was very polite. We had zero issues and will be back to this same room again next year.

The unit had a foul odor that didn't go away. The bathroom had mold in it as well as the shower curtains...one TV out of three worked (not the main one). The washing machine also has visible mold on it and didn't function properly. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The furniture and linens are dingy. The staff on site is abrasive. Parking for two vehicles was challenging. There was a paint crew working directly outside of our room and made it difficult to get in and out and our shoes and bags are stained with paint.The pool was fantastic but overall the unit needs basic maintenance. We left two nights early.It was not worth the nightly rate we paid to stay.

Great views

The condo was very nice. It overlooks the pool and partially the ocean. The 2nd level made it perfect with kids and carrying multiple items. Music was entertaining and the pool was cool at night. Help was always there if needed.

Not what I expected

This condo was facing the pool, which I thought would be nice, however, the music blasting all day, along with the blue tooth speakers a lot of people had with clashing music made it hard to enjoy sitting on the balcony. The pool looked dirty. Not sure when they cleaned it. I personally did not enter that pool that was overloaded with people. No chairs to sit on unless you went down early and staked your claim for the entire day and evening. The place was not stocked with the basic items I usually get when renting a VRBO. I booked this place for a week and there was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, a few dishwasher pods, a pepper shaker, no salt, no basic cooking needs. One roll of paper towels. This would have been ok for a one or two day rental, but I was there for a week, and paid a good price for my stay. There were no beach towels or beach chairs. More items to add to my shopping list. The washing machine never worked. The repairman came, sat on the floor for about 30 minutes and hit the rinse and spin cycle. It did spin for him but he said it has done this before, so ordered a part, which never was installed during my stay. The washer was filthy inside the door. Looked like it has never been cleaned. Black mold around the glass on the door. Bedrooms, the overhead light was burned out in the master bedroom and the tv had 2 remotes that must have worked in combination with each other, but never did figure out how to watch tv. Same in 2nd bedroom.

Beautiful location

Beautiful view. Nice resort. They were doing construction but the noise was not so bad. The floors were generally a little sticky if you walk barefoot, but other than that, clean and well stocked unit. Once we mopped the floors, they were just fine. Laundry stopped working while we were there but manager fixed same day. Good communication. Very polite.

Great location, love the second floor

The condo is organized and the floor plan works well. I love the bunk room with its own bathroom. And loved being on the second floor. You could not hear the noise from the pool with the balcony doors closed, which was great. The condo was not as clean as expected. The toilets needed wiped down and the floor didn't appear to have been mopped.

Disappointed

I have used VRBO many times with excellent service. This property is a unit managed by Emerald Coast Realty. After it was too late to cancel the reservation, I got an email with their Guest Information. This included an undisclosed additional fee of $100 to be paid on arrival, to obtain your Registration Packet. The packet contained RFID wristbands and 2 parking passes. The Guest information states that there are unreserved spaces in the parking deck for visitors that don’t have designated parking. Not true. We had an extra vehicle but had to park off-site in a city owned, unsecured lot. This is an older property, but our unit was updated, clean and comfortable. I understand that this area is the epicenter of Spring Break, so I appreciate the security and stringent rules. But had I known about the ridiculous, undisclosed charge for the armbands/parking passes and the parking rules, I would not have booked this property. My trust in the VRBO site is lowered.

Very comfortable unit.

The unit was very clean and well stocked with utensils and pot and pans for my family of 6 + a 2 year old grand daugter. Love staying on 1 or 2nd level easy access to beach and to our vehichle. No complaints about this unit. Would definitely stay again!

The Ease of Relaxation!

Condo was on the 2nd floor , easy parking. We have stayed in multiple units at the shores and this condo was great. Balcony overlooking the pool was great for us as we could listen to the music playing outside. Location is the best at shores of Panama Also !! Super Walmart across the street to get our stuff for the week and restaurants all near by are pretty good . We drove into Panama City to enjoy few places as well . And last don’t forget to go on the Sea Screamer Dolphin boat AWESOME !! $27 pp for 2 hour ride.
