The place was just digustingly dirty. We were barefoot in the apartment thinking it was clean butnour feet were BLACK after unloading our suitcases and settling in. The towels were very tiny and very old. Fortunately we had beach towels with us so I used them instead of her bath towels which weren't big enough for a kid. The silver wear was dirty. There was mold in thw showers. I will attach photos. Just don't go to this location if you like clean rooms and towels.
Broken. No toilet tissue holder.

We loved the view from the top of the building and my daughter made approx 5000 laps around the lazy river. However, we were not impressed with the cleanliness, lack kitchenware, and decor was 90s. Our railing was the only dirty one out of all the rooms on the 19th floor. But I wasn’t too shocked being it was the cheapest room I could find for that week.

Didn’t realize this was a Kids condo. It was very loud especially in pool area. The drink and food area was closed every time we tried to go there except one time and they were out of food. We had a good time and it was nice to get away.

The check in was easy, little bit of wait for the 2 elevators for 21 floors. The unit was supplied as advertised. The master bath was a very deep tub. The master bed was extremely hard. The supplied pillows were all but flat. The bunk beds had no mattress covers. The sofa looked good, but sat rough and was hard to get up from. The worst flaw i noticed on the last day. MOLD...in the guest bathroom all around the air vent. Something i thought housekeeping would make sure to clean or report. As my wife is allergic to mold.

A small getaway

The room was great! There were no bath mats in the room, but we made due and were extremely comfortable. About the resort itself, we will not be staying again. Frequently the elevators were broken, and they weren’t air conditioned so the Florida heat turned it into an oven. Long lines for the elevator seemed like we spent a lot of time after the pool waiting to get back to our room. Staff were friendly, but not helpful solving problems with food or drink orders.

Family vacation

Suggestions….new can opener, 9x13 baking dish, muffin pan, pizza pan(for those of us that like to cook in the room); clean balcony pigeon droppings; fix water dispenser in refrigerator (it also has mold up in there); maybe replace a bar stool or 2 with a recliner for extra seating in the living room; suggest to the chair rental company that they not place the chairs so close together (could barely get our feet through the walkway of the neighboring chairs); grease sliding glass door track(screeches when it’s being closed); need a few more bed pillows and blanket for the sofa sleeper. We like the “leave one, take one” toy bin at the beach. Would be nice to have a ramp for handicapped people and beach wagons. For the 1 bedroom and not having much privacy for other people, it may be a little over priced. We did have an amazing time on the beach!!

The room was super nice! Very convenient having a washer and dryer in the room, saved us from bringing a ton of clothes. Also super nice having 2 bathrooms so we didnt have to share with the kids. We had an amazing time and will definitely look to book again in the future.

We loved the location of the property. Loved the balcony. It was nice having the extra storage space in the bedroom. Also loved having restaurants in the vicinity of the pools. It definitely needs to be cleaned better. The corners of the rooms were dirty. There was a lot of dust around the bunk beds. The rug in the living room was full of sand. The area around the water and ice dispenser was moldy. My little granddaughter is actually the one who looked up there and seen it. And we were never able to get in the hot tub because most of the time there was about 20 or more people in it. It was never enforced to have the correct number of people in it. The water in the kids play area where the bucket is was very cold.

Amazing

We enjoyed our stay very much. No complaints here communication was great check in went smooth. We had the 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids and it fit us great with GREAT VIEW! Got to even see dolphins swimming off our balcony. We definitely will be back and would love to stay here again next year for spring break!

Quick Get Away

Just needed a break from the winter at home and decided to come down for a few days. While it was a stormy and cooler trip than we are used to we still enjoyed our trip here at Splash. The pool area is unmatched, and the heated pool was very much a necessity for us to enjoy our trip.

At no fault to the owner, the association needs to to a little work. Outdoor paint touch up, especially on the doors. Need to clean better were you get on the elevator.

Tried to get in with the code given. It didn’t work, tried calling to get correct code. Even had security man trying it,but no luck. Security man tried to call, no answer. Had to go to another place to stay on vacation. When got home made several calls before getting a hold of someone. Will have to think before using this service again. Thanks

Not clean

The condo was not very clean, but I did contact the owner and he offered to have someone come clean it the next day. By that time, I had already clorox wiped everything and washed some of the bedding. There was a suspicious stain on the couch and over all wasn’t a comfortable place to stay because we knew it wasn’t that clean. Everything else was good

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I will say is that a few things need to be replenished and the cleaning could be a bit better. There was no dish soap in the kitchen and there wasn’t any extra toilet paper. Also no cleaning supplies, like Lysol. There was also sand in our sheets and on the bunk bed steps and bunk bed base boards. Overall we did have a good time. After we bought Clorox wipes and swept and vacuumed, I felt a bit better.

Great place for family

We had trouble a couple of times with our door code but the owner replied back to our messages very quickly to resolve the problem. Everything was exactly like described and the pictures. My son loved the hot tub and kid water play area. Also it has a restaurant by the open pool (riptides I think) very good food. The chairs and umbrella at the beach coat $100 daily but it was included in the room cost so that’s a good extra bonus
