Let me start by saying the location is good. The apartment is in need in need of upgrade/maintenance. the washing machine was rusted and missing center agitator, the dryer did not work. The coffee maker was very basic and damaged. Layout was awkward because it is a 3 bedroom but both bathrooms were inside 2 of the bedrooms. We were 5 guests thus, the guest in the 3rd room had to depend on one of the other guests to use the bathroom. I do not recall seeing that layout prior to booking. Hot water from the time we checked in was not working. It would get hot and within a minute get cold, needles to say took cold showers everyday we were there. Finally, on our second day we were advised the gas was shut off due to building leak detection. More cold showers because because it took 2 days for them to turn it on. Got a knock on the door at 5pm saying they needed to do gas leak check. The person who came for the gas check was pleasant, but I was never notified by the host this was going to take place and it took 1 hour for them to complete the work. Once the gas was back on how water was still intermittent.I like staying in upscale properties and this one apartment did not live to the standards I am a use to. The host communication was terrible never followed up regarding the water issue., However, they sure send text regarding check out time and turning off stuff the day prior. Not a good experience they could do better.
