The condo itself was nice, and the scenery was beautiful, but unfortunately our overall experience was very disappointing.
When we first arrived, we were locked out for about an hour due to a keypad issue. The owner later informed us the battery was low, but in the meantime, we were left outside with all of our belongings. I was traveling with my mother, who is handicapped and has severe knee swelling, so standing outside with nowhere to sit was extremely difficult for her.
Once we finally got inside, there was ongoing construction that created a lot of noise and made it hard to relax. The pullout couch was broken, and the refrigerator made loud noises throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep. We reported these issues but did not receive any assistance.
Additionally, the beds were not comfortable, which only added to the poor rest we experienced.
While the location and views were great, the lack of maintenance, comfort, and timely support made this stay frustrating and not worth the experience
