A newly renovated, beautifully furnished 3-bedroom condo, located at the Laketown Wharf. This condo is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, and its master bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a private balcony with a Gulf view. The second bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed. Extra bunk in the hallway. Just steps away from the world's most beautiful white-sand beaches with private beach access. A convenient shopping area with Walmart just across the street and moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. The Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, along with many other restaurants. This beachside resort offers unparalleled amenities with convenient beach access, 5 unique pools, A kid's Funscape playground, Splash Bar & Grill, a Gulf View fitness center & covered garage parking. Laketown Wharf offers a variety of views including the Gulf of Mexico, a lake & golf course. Enjoy the nightly fountain & light show & market shops along the 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk.

These resorts host many people during the season. The wait times at the resort elevators may be delayed depending on the time of year and the volume of guests.

Perfect Vacation

We had an amazing time the week of July 28-August 2nd. The condo was perfect for two families that included 9 people all together. It was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed from kitchen utensils and supplies to beach chairs and wagons. Definitely will be booking again with you all! Thank you for making our vacation one to remember!

Roach Motel DO NOT STAY HERE!

First of all when we went to check in it was mass hysteria! The front desk worker was extremely rude, there were no carts to unload our luggage, and we weren’t even allowed to check in near the elevators. The elevator to guest ratio is a joke, we waited 30 minutes for the elevator one day! The worst part of the condo were the mass amount of roaches in our condo! I contacted the rental company & they told me pest control had sprayed but could come back. We found out later that pest control in fact did not come! We had roaches all in our kitchen, in our beds, and they even got into our luggage! There was also large amounts of marijuana being smoked throughout the condos & we could smell it at all times! We honestly should get a refund due to the simple fact that we had an infestation of roaches!! Do not waste your money on this place, because it is a joke! Pictures are nothing like what the condo actually looks like.

Emerald Beach Rentals Are The Best!!!

Andrea was the absolute best! She made our experience so great that I will continue to visit any property that she manages! Day and night she was there to help or explain any question I had. I work in real estate and customer relations is one the most important attributes when it come to the customer service industry. She blew it out of the park!! I’m hard person to impress and so are my fellow 10 relatives. Everyone in my family smiled the whole time and loved their stay. 10 out of 10!

Lookout suite

First thing you will notice is that you are on the second to the top floor, which is an amazing view of the city and beach!! All 3 rooms are as advertised. This room suited my stay perfectly, would recommend

Great location

Great location to anything you need. Loved all the pools and easy walk to the beach. Only flaw was the elevators. They take forever and we’re very hot. We were told they are replacing them in September so hopefully that will help.

Beautiful property!

Great for families. Kids had a blast in all of the pools (they insisted on trying all of them). Elevators are always crowded and it takes forever to get on one, especially with a group of 10. But we all enjoyed the views and the beach so I would stay again.

Extended weekend stay 10/7 - 10/11

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. Everything was as described in the listing. Even though the condo is across the street from the beach, we still had a great view of the beach and ocean. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the elevators have been updated and are nice and fast 🙂.

Laketown Wharf

Our condo was lovely. It turned out to be exactly as the listing described. The beach was wide and beautiful, really good for “people watching”. Access to the beach was good even though we were across the street. The only challenge to our stay was finding our way around the huge complex. There are 5 pools which are very nice. The elevators were very slow and almost always full. This may have been indicative of the high volume of vacationers as the COVID crisis begins to eases up.

Any inconvenience was swept away

Any inconvenience of elevators being slow busy full, can't get a luggage buggy rude property employees, parking or walks across most dangerous road in PCB is washed away with a beautiful and convenient room. No matter how loud the party below is
