Tower 3 - 3 BR / 3 BA all Ocean Front! Gratis strandstolar / paraply

Vi är de nya ägarna till denna stora (1800 kvadratmeter) 3 sovrum enhet med balkong med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Alla rum har eget badrum med dubbelt handfat och trädgårdsbadkar / dusch. Enheten har en unik planlösning med fönster / skjutreglage från golv till tak, som visar det vackra smaragdvattnet i viken från varje sovrum. Vi har två king-size-rum och ett med två queen-sängar. Vi är slutenheten på sjunde våningen med utsikt över viken och lagunens pool. Enheten har också ett rymligt vardagsrum och matplats med slående kvartsräknare, fönster / skjutreglage från golv till tak och direkt tillgång till den stora balkongen. Oavsett vad du älskar mest om strandlivet - soluppgångar, solnedgångar, tittar på delfiner, stirrar på vågorna eller bara observerar strandaktiviteten, har du en främre radplats på de massiva främre och sidobalkonger.

Det stora fullt utrustade köket har alla köksredskap och redskap som behövs för de flesta måltider. Och när du äter middag är du en kort promenad från den berömda Pineapple Willy's, Spinnakers, såväl som andra restauranger.

Long Beach Resort har en av de största privata stränderna, en fantastisk tropisk lagunpool (över 7500 kvadratmeter), med vattenfall och ö, ytterligare två polynesiska pooler (säsongsuppvärmd), tre badtunnor, grill och en bar vid poolen och galler . Long Beach Resort är ett gated complex med 24-timmars säkerhet. Vi har också ett gym i vårt torn. Det centrala läget är perfekt och du kan gå till många speciella attraktioner (Wonderworks, Miniature Golf, Ripleys Believe it or Not, etc, och Walmart ligger tvärs över gatan (för strandartiklar du kanske har glömt att ta med).

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay there. There was construction going on ( which we were told about) and were unable to use the main balcony but there was a smaller balcony that we could use. The hosts were very accommodating and moved us from our original condo to the one we stayed in due to some construction issues. Joe was very good about informing us of the issues. We would definitely recommend Long Beach condos to friends. Thanks for comfortable, clean condos.

My family enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, comfortable beds, convenient to the beach, and shopping for necessities is across the street. Joe & Kathleen communicated well & responded timely when we had questions. There was construction, which we knew about (it was disclosed) so there was some noise at 8 am each morning, but it wasnt a bother to us. We would love to stay again!!

Joe and Kathleen were very accommodating and great to work with. The condo was amazing with plenty of room and awesome views. We had beautiful weather all week and plenty of fun things to do with our grandkids. We were well informed the property at Long Beach Resort was under construction but was not a damper.

This condo is fabulous! My husband and I took my sister and she enjoyed the mini suite complete with kitchenette and private balcony overlooking both the beach and lagoon pool. Unit was super clean, furnished and decorated beautifully, nice tv's in every room, easy to access, comfortable beds, LOVED everything about it. Also, the owners are terrific...so nice. I hope we can return next spring.

We wanted a condo that would accomodate us, our two adult children and their spouses plus their two babies. This was the perfect condo for our stay! There were three master suites, so each family had some privacy and an ocean front view. There was even a kitchenette in one suite that was perfect for our daughter to use for her baby bottle washing. The view from the balcony was beautiful and very private. The resort was conveniently located to shopping and dining. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals as well. And we enjoyed walking to the Beach Cow for ice cream! The buildings were being rennovated during our stay so part of the bigger pool was shut off. That was a bit disappointing but understandable. All of our kids appreciated the fitness center. Our hosts were great to work with. We would definitely stay in this condo/resort again!

Family Spring Break

Amazing balcony and wonderful property! Views from the huge balcony were amazing. We used the balcony a lot because we didn’t have the best weather while there. The condo was very large and beautiful. Plenty of room for a large family with kids.The owners were so nice and helpful! We were just steps away from the ocean and had the best time.

Perfect for our family

We loved the layout of the spacious condo. The views from the balcony were amazing. We loved having the option of going to the beach or to the pool with the lazy river. The bar was great and you could order food as well! We have previously stayed further down Thomas Drive, but this location was closer to everything. Joe and Kathleen were very responsive to any questions.

Beach Retreat

Beautiful views from a beautiful condo. Accommodations took care of the 8 of us. Well furnished and well stocked kitchen. Owners are great to work with. Great communication before, during and after the rental. If we are back in PCB would definitely rent again. New Years fireworks on the beach is entertaining.

Family Vacation

This is hands-down, the best property we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and there was plenty of kitchenware to accommodate this. My only recommendation for future guest would be to bring a nonstick skillet. I had a few questions for the owner, Joe, prior to my visit and one during my visit, and he was very quick to reply. This is a property that we will return to.

Fantastic!!!

This was one of our best vacations ever! The owners are friendly and attentive. The condo is just as described, very clean and updated with lots of space to spread out and relax. The floor to ceiling windows and huge balcony give the best views in PCB. The 3 pools are well maintained and the huge parking lot with 24 hour security allow you to get in out out quickly. Do yourself a favor and book your stay now! You will be glad you did!

Amazing Family Vacation !

One of the best vacations we have had in some time! The Condo was super clean and spacious. We have been coming to PCB for the last 6 years and Long Beach Resort has the best pools and location by far. The resultant at the pool was extremely convenient and fairly priced ( we ate dinner there one night). Security does a fantastic job of keeping non-residents out from the street access and the beach. They make rounds 24/7 on the premises ensure the property and vehicles are safe, which can be difficult to find in many other resorts. We walked to Pineapple Willie’s nearly every day. The proximity to Pineapple Willie’s is close enough to walk, but far enough where you will not get the crowd spill over from the popular restaurant. The Beach shops across the street are also second to none. Condo owners were extremely responsive if we had any questions at all! Don’t think twice about booking this unit, we will be back and will stay in this unit or the 2 room unit this property owner has. Top notch !
