“We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Arabian villa comprises of 2 large villas and cottage rooms. We stayed in family room in a cottage for 4 persons. The villa is for larger groups of 15+ people. Our room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was also nice but the water was not very clear. Tea/coffee amenities in room could be improved. The breakfast was great and all staff polite. The local host Rahil was very cooperative and helpful. We had booked our stay few hours before arrival and...

The exterior hotel picture on the app was quite deceiving as it was not exactly as per the image shown on the app. Ignoring this, the staff's commitment to help the guests are truly remarkable.”

“We enjoyed this hotel. Great view from our balcony across the valley with the dam, lake and elephant point in the distance. It's a 10 minute walk to Mapro Gardens and nearby shops and restaurants. We recommend Roots of India for a quality meal. The rooms are large, with good storage, decent shower and a comfy bed (very firm as are most beds in India). ”

“First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. The bloke who advised us against masks did give us his cell number to call, except that it was in the back pocket...

“High priced hotel with zero benefits, they even charge for coffee sachets and tea. Please avoid this hotel, highly disappointed with the service and the room size. The rooms shown in picture are much smaller than they appear.Nothing is complimentary in this hotel everything is charged except for parking. Only advantage is the location.”
