Hello . About the kitchen cabinets. They are being renewed next month. Auto pilot on stove will be fixed .. The aircons will be replaced with new ones . Panglao island is developing fast and the electric supply and water supply can't keep up with the demand. We have very large water tanks but due to a drought no rain we got low .. Sorry what can we do .. we are resolving all these other issues at the beginning of our renovation next month . You have to understand something here Panglao island is very beautiful but it's an island, the Goverment are doing its best to keep up with the development. even the 5 star hotels here are finding it a challenge. So please to come to Panglao island comes with a cost of not getting what you would get on the mainland near a city. Plus we are airbnb .. it seems that the whole concept of airbnb has change .. it's not anymore what it used to be . People are expecting 5 star hotel standards at the lowest prices possible with all the facilities available cooking big private gardens pool all private at a hotel room rate . It's a challenge to say the least .. I hope I have explained myself well and everyone understand. We will do our best for all future guest to have a wonderful holiday. See you all soon .. Thanks

Hello . Thanks for your review. Getting from Cebu airport to our place is easy just get taxi to pier one and there are many ferry's every hour going to Tagbilaran city . Them we can pick you up from there .

Hello , First I would like to say a pleasant Hello. Unfortunately we had a shower failed. Also our property was at this time in hospital with her son who had just had a motorcycle accident. The guest were very understanding about the situation they are great people . It took us a lot longer than normally to get our electrician out the the property and fix it . All is OK now everything has been fixed . The guest are very very nice people . We always do our best to make everybody . God bless .

Hello everyone, The village centre and market and shops plus a few restaurants and the beach are walking distance away. New now we have a shuttle service running every 30 minutes from the village centre near the seven eleven shop and only cost 15 pesos also goes around the island and to the shopping mall Island city Mall at Tagbilaran city. These guest are really very very nice people and we really enjoyed hosting them. Hope to see you again . Thank you
