âThe Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very willing to address my dietary restrictions and provide some incredible food. I also used the spa, and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel provides courtesy shuttles down to the market, which is greatly appreciated. They also have a daily high...

âThe hotel and staff very good. Hotel is not centrally heated. Room heaters were provided that works rather well. However, bathroom areas was very cold that can't be heated. Towels were not up to mark but OK.
Mr Dala Koti is superb man. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent. Although the dining hall was cold and not heated well. Garden was superb. But we definitely repeat.â

âProperty is in a very quiet, calm, safe place. Service and staff were very helpful and awesome.Great breakfast and dinner.
The 2 major cons are the uphill and the distance away from mall road.
We booked 2 rooms and one of the room was smaller in size and not a deluxe.â

âWhenever I go nainital, I prefer to stay in The Pavilion. Property location is very good,600-700 from main mall road. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very supportive.
