“The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed there due to attending a concert in Lubbock - 30 miles was nothing compared to all the traffic in Lubbock. The room was clean and updated. Perfect amenities - breakfast was awesome! Great for traveling families. Another thing - it was great that breakfast was from 7 to 10 instead of ending at 9 - maybe because it was the weekend, but that was so nice not having to be up so early. “Room was impressively clean but the road noise was equally impressive. Wow. Most disappointing was when hotel clerk broke the cardinal rule of announcing our room number out loud to the other person in the small check-in area. Then when we reached the room, the security locking feature on the door did not work. Unacceptable. She did agree to move us to another room. There is absolutely nothing around this place and if you don’t have transportation ordering pizza seems to be the only option. ”
