AMPLE PLACES, Polytimo House and Monadiko House at Pano Lefkara Village

AMPLE PLACES is located at the center of the exquisite Pano Lefkara village in a quiet neighborhood and consists of two eco-touristic traditional listed houses. Polytimo house 187sq.m (two bedrooms) and Monadiko house 126 sq.m. (one large bedroom) are built one opposite the other and share a secluded large garden (120 sq.m.) planted with different jasmins and fruit trees. These late 18th century stone houses of traditional mountainous architecture have been flawlessly designed to provide comfort and aesthetic delight and have been carefully restored with the utmost care and exceptional workmanship. The individually selected furnishings, art pieces and antique objects have been chosen with special attention, aiming to offer a unique experience to its guests.
Polytimo House and Monadiko house can sleep up to eight guests (one double bed and two single beds in each house). The size of each bedroom at Polytimo house is 22 sq.m. whereas the size of the loft-type bedroom at Monadiko house is 35 sq.m. A baby cot and a high-chair can be available upon request if requested at the time of the booking at no extra charge.
Each house consists of a kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable living room with a fireplace and a 43'' flat smart tv and a guest toilet at the ground floor level. The bedroom area and the shower-toilet area are on the first floor. Polytimo house has access to a spacious covered terrace (45 sq.m.) and to the bedrooms area via an external stone built staircase. Monadiko house has access to its bedroom and shower area via an internal stone built staircase. Regrettably, the houses do not have disabled access nor are they suitable to those with walking difficulties due to their historic nature.
Each kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a stove, a cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a capsules coffee machine and all the cuttlery, pans, utensils etc one will need for cooking.
Both houses are self-catered and fully equipped. All the linen (bedsheet, duvet, pillows, blankets and towels) as well as a miniature shampoo-conditioner and a shower gel for each guest are provided complimentary. Cleaning detergents and enough toilet paper are provided too at no extra charge. The guests need only to bring with them their personal belongings and their groceries should they decide to prepare their own meals. Laundry facilities are also available in each house.
Both bedrooms have an a/c unit as well as a ceiling fan to be used when necessary. For all other common areas an a/c is available to be used. During the cold months the houses will require the use of the open fire places. Fire logs to be used for the fireplace can be purchased from a supermarket or ordered in advance to be delivered at the house at an extra charge.
For stays of more than 7 nights a complimentary cleaning and changing of linen is offered after the 7th night at a time convenient to the guests.
Free wifi covers all areas of the property.
Barbeque facilities as well as garden furniture are also available to offer our guests memorable al-fresco dining throughout the year.
The houses can be rented together for private events (weddings, dinner parties, company gatherings etc.) too. An event must be agreed prior to the booking time as further costs and charges might occur. During any event with a large number of people, a member of our team will be present. Stags or hens are not allowed.
