“Det hade väldigt bra, service och mat jättebra. Trevliga personalen! Club lounge personalen är jätte trevliga och snälla! De hjälpte oss att fira och sjunga min 2 årings födelsedagen. Vi fick också fina och trevliga presenter efter vi har checkat in. Vi får också välkomna att checka in klockan 9 på morgonen efter vi landade från Qatar. När vi checkade ut, fick vi också fina kort med fina ord också souvenir med Indonesisk kultur. Tack och vi ska komma tillbaka! ”

“Bra och bekvämt hotell av internationell standard. Snabb service, trevlig personal. Rummet var bra med fin utsikt. Skön avkoppling vid poolområdet "sixth Sense". Min tjej ramlade och stukade foten, men blev väl omhändertagen av självaste hotellchefen. Stort tack :)”

“Always nice to stay in Ascott. Room was clean and spacious, they gave the best service to accomodate my requests and trying to make sure any small problem is solved immediately. My only problem is that they offer smoking room but you can't open the window / vent, so it gets very smokey at times. There was also a little mishap with their communication with hotels.com where they thought I was supposed to checked out that day, but I have extended my stay from even before I arrived. But it went well...
