Vi är de stolta nya ägarna till ett av de exklusiva hus med 3 sovrum bara några steg från allt på foten av bergen i den världsberömda Panorama Resort.

Radhusen i Riverbend ligger i nedre Panorama Village och erbjuder en magnifik fri utsikt över Toby Creek och de hisnande Purcellbergen. Några steg bort ligger Village Gondola som tar dig till huvudskidstugan, restauranger, kaféer, pubar, pooler, badtunnor och spa. Stadshuset ligger också bara några steg från en badtunna året runt och sommartillgång till Toby Pool. Detta är det bästa stället för skidåkning, golf, vandring, mountainbike och andra säsongsaktiviteter.

We were disappointed with the interaction with the manager on a request for an early entry.The dish cloths were washed but badly stained and all the towels were badly worn and should be replaced.In addition the dishwasher upper tray rails are broken requiring repair/replacement.The unit is well laid out and reasonably equipped ensuring a comfortable stay.

This is a very nice unit. Great location very close to the gondola for access to the ski hill. The unit had plenty of space for our 6 adult family. Having a washer and dryer in the unit to dry damp ski clothing was nice. Heated tile floors in bathrooms, kitchen was a nice feature too. Unit still looks modern but does need a minor refresh, has lots of dings in the walls, Main floor carpets need a serious cleaning, probably haven’t been done in a while. Main floor bathroom faucet drips steadily, going by the deterioration on the drain it looks like it has been like this for months if not years. None of these are serious issues and would not stop me from booking here again given its great location.The biggest negative was that the BBQ could not get over 350 degrees which made for slow cooking, and impossible to get a nice sear on your steak. It’s even a Weber(mind you probably the least expensive one), it given that it wasn’t that cold out it should not have struggled. Maybe just needs burners or burners cleaned. As we bbq every day this was inconvenient but it did work.So aside from that great stay.We did not anything else from the Host (Tyler), his instructions ions were clear and he was always quick with a response to any booking questions

Host isn't very responsive. It took 3 emails to have my questions answered...and they were finally answered 24 hours after check in...so more of a show up and find out kinda place. There is only one hair dryer and it is on the main floor so if you are in the upstairs main suite you have to go downstairs to dry your hair...not ideal if you have kids or guests you don't want to wake/disturb. The kitchen was fairly well stocked except for forks...there were 7 to be exact, not enough for 8 guests the condo is supposed to sleep. So you are either constantly hand washing forks or running the dishwasher after every meal. There are repairs needed: the dishwasher top rack kept falling off track and was always stuck, as well where you keep your skis, there are missing mounts on the wall. Otherwise, a nice townhome with lots of space. Good storage in closets. Close to the gondola and lovely spot beside the river.

Excellent proximity to the gondola, slopes, and village. Only issues were small. Master tub stopper didn't work, garbage disposal backed up into the other sink. The townhouse was lovely and well equipped, as well. Will definitely return!

The host for this rental is non communicative. We tried reaching out before, during and now after our stay, and nothing.We checked out almost a full week ago and are still waiting for our damage deposit to be retuned.We have called, texted, emailed and even reached out to the cleaner of the rental to try to get help.While the cleaner has replied to say she has been in touch with the host, we’ve still heard nothing. Do not book this property

Great location, great views, close to tram.easy access to everything. Lots of stairs to get into condo, once in it’s great but if anyone has mobility issues this may be a problem. Also hauling everything up the stairs is a lot so bring muscle. Air conditioning was two portable units, one in upstairs bedroom and one in living room. Other bedrooms had fans so got a bit warm. Fantastic holiday get away, fun area with lots to do.

We spent a week at the Riverbend townhomes in August. We were very excited about this trip, but unfortunately had a poor experience. We attempted on multiple times to reach out to our host Tyler through email, phone call and text but never received a response. We received vague check in instructions with different codes to use to get into the residence. We encountered issues while at the residence, broken dishwasher and BBQ as well as a lack of supplies. We reached out to Tyler again without success. At the end of the stay, we tried to get in touch again to determine the check out process but did not hear back. Throughout this week, we were in touch with VRBO, requesting assistance in contacting the host, but they were unable to do so as well. This property is in a great location with a wonderful view but due to the lack of customer service, we would not choose to stay here again.

The perfect spot to relax

We recently had a weekend at this beautiful townhome and were not dissapointed in the slightest. I have used earplugs for about 15 years to sleep but I didn't at this home as the sound of the river idling by outside was so relaxing.We go to Pano lots so we hope to stay at this home again. 5 Stars all the way.

Always nice to stay at panorama emailed host to let him know fridge freezer not working properly some food thawed out and had to be thrown out and barbque worked once I figured it out but the knobs just spin no real shut off other than the main gas needs a little TLC with a few things over all ok just thought I would let him know or it doesn’t get resolved thank you.
