LAUNDRY This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
GARAGE - Access to the fourth bedroom - Ski equipment drying rack - Single-car garage and single parking pad space. Additional street/visitor parking spaces are available. If you require additional parking, there is a parking lot available at the Conference Centre down the road.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
FOURTH BEDROOM Please note that access to the fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, through the garage.
CHECK-IN/OUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

The Nordix townhomes are a new slope-side development on the base of Panorama`s Silver Platter chair. This location provides quick access to the 138 mountain trails, and a short walk to Pano`s shopping, dining options & hot pools. Whether you`re looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: * You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. * You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. * You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES: 1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 9 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
7. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

Everything was great with our stay. The location is perfect. Very quick access to lift for skiing and a short walk to the base area of Panorama. The residence was very clean upon arrival and matched the description fully. Some minor maintenance issues (water level in hot tub and deck lights not working) were very quickly resolved in a couple of hours by local maintenance. Great customer service! Would definitely stay again!

Nordix townhome at Panorama
New townhouse located short walk to platter lift. Had hot tub and barbecue, 3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs, 1 car garage with parking for 2nd vehicle outside. About a 10 min walk to hot spring pool. Enjoyed our stay and recommend this accomodation.

Outstanding! The fireplace drew the whole family together. It made it hard for the air conditioning at first, but we quickly cracked the code and opened the windows to help it out. We loved the bedrooms although we were not able to figure out how to heat the one in the "basement". That said, the cool air made sleeping a dream, if you pardon the pun. We spent some quality time in the hot tub and used the grill every day. To quote Arnold, "we'll be back".

Amazing Lodging Steps away form the hill
My wife and I stayed there for one week, along with our dogs. We had an amazing experience. Check-in was very easy. The Nordix property is very modern and clean. It is very well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Smart TV, Hot Tub and some provided games made our evenings enjoyable. Location is just a short few minute walk to the T-bar. The equipment lockers in the garage made getting ready easy, and the provided air drying rack was very welcome during our spring skiing. It has been the nicest place we have stayed in for the past 4 years we have been going to Panorama. Would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning next year ourselves.
