“The staff at the hotel were very cheerful, friendly and approachable. They did their very best to please us and keep us happy, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, a good variety of food displayed. Every day the menu was different and the food very tasty. It was nice to have a gym on the premises which was also well maintained. “What did you like or what was unique about the property?
The property provided a place to stay, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice advertised benefit.
What didn’t you like?
The breakfast service took too long, which made it inconvenient. Also, although the property advertises free breakfast, the overall service could be improved. “Mysigt hotellområde i äldre stil. Poolområde trevligt:
Servitrispersonalen som jobbade i restaurang under middagar (frukost/lunchpersonal var toppen) var genomgående usel och saknade all service och förståelse hur man arbetar med service och i en restaurang där man vill få folk att återvända till. ”
