An area of ground to the South East of villa has been having some new luxury villas built.

March 24 Update- Most of the villas are now complete . There is another area of ground a little further away that could be built on but at the moment the area is relatively quiet

We do not have a build programme and thankfully there is a ‘buffer’ of villas in between Skytrees and this site so privacy is not materially affected and the area can only be seen from some parts of the villa.

This is a large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with 10m x 5m private pool in the St George's area (on the edge of the Akamas Nature Reserve) near the renowned areas of Agios Georgios and Coral Bay. It is just 750m from the beach and coastline. You can walk down to the beach in 10 minutes or less. The generously proportioned garden and pool area are nicely enclosed and private.

DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR

The fully air-conditioned property has a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with large brown leather sofas having views of the television with satellite and DVD (uk channels plus sky sports), and through the patio doors into the mature garden and pool area. The inside dining area is adjacent to the kitchen which is modern and well equipped (dishwasher included). Making up the ground floor is a very nice twin bedroom with adjacent wet room/shower room which. The bedroom has patio doors out to the garden and pool making it a very private and self contained area.

Upstairs leads to 3 further bedrooms which again are of a good size, the master having a double-sized bed and en-suite which (with bath & shower). The twin room and further double-sized room share a shower room. A balcony runs the full length of the upstairs, facing south and affording views of the immediate leafy neighbourhood over to the Mediterranean Sea. This is a great area to sit in peace and quiet, have breakfast or a coffee and relax and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine.

All bedrooms feature black-out blinds and ceiling fans. Travel Cot and Highchair are available for infants upon request and an extra folding bed can be provided if necessary. Flyscreens have been fitted to wondows throughout to allow circulation. The villa has central heating making it suitable for Winter bookings. This is included in the rental rate from December to February. Wi-Fi is included in the rental rate.

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. There is also an automatically updated Video Library with films, series and more**.

DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR

Outside, the gated driveway can accommodate 2 cars and leads to the front of the house and round into the rear garden area. The rear garden has been carefully landscaped and has a 10m x 5m private pool as its centrepiece. The garden has been fenced to the sides and rear with a large tree at the rear for further privacy.

A sofa set is provided on the terrace to allow relaxing morning coffees or pre-dinner apertifs and the pergola with table and chairs to seat 8 (table has been updated to a larger one since last photo shoot) means alfresco dining at all times of day. 8 sun loungers and provided as are 2 parasols and a Gas BBQ. An outside pool shower is provided for convenience and for cooling off on those hot summer days.

''The villa was in great condition, everything as it was advertised. Great size swimming pool, good BBQ facilities (wood/coal and gas also!). Basically from all large and vital equipment to the smallest details, everything was there to make our stay great.

The location is also as we expected. A bit further from the cities, shops and main turist attractions but close to several good beaches. In terms of shops, everything is a bit further away. The Filippos was our choice, huge mall, everything is there, 9 minutes drive, and basically that is the closest supermarket. Restaurants: a lot we have tried, but usually they are a bit further away. Maybe the closest that we recommend is the "Oniro by the Sea", Latchi watersports Center was a great tip from you, and the discount was appreciated too!

We received a top service from you, really. Clear, and detailed information about everything, valuable discounts from partners. Great tips about 3rd party providers. Honestly, I am not sure if it was the local management, or LetsRentOnline agents, but all communications received from you, were very high level.''

''Excellent villa and location. We would recommend Sunset bar and Latchi watersports. Your sevice was excellent and it was lovely to meet Dianna. The holiday was absolutely perfect, we love the villa. The building noise was mostly traffic early on a morning but that did not bother us. The area is so quiet it is simply perfect. ''The villa was lovely comfortable and well equipped. It was in a nice quiet village nice to relax after a busy day exploring. There was a lovely restaurant a 2 minute walk away which had really nice food.

The agent service good they sent out all the information needed before we left. The service was good locally too, when we did have a small issue they were easy to get in touch with and came out the same day''.

''The villa was well liked by all members in the party. Spacious, very well equipped and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the outside space too with lovely pool, plenty of outside relaxing areas with sun loungers/umbrellas’s and covered/shaded areas too. We made use of a very good BBQ too and were able to enjoy al fresco dining in the pleasant covered outside dining area.

A little way off from the main areas of Paphos and Coral bay that we were mainly going to be centred around but as we had hire cars no real issue. We had limited time as a family group for sightseeing (hence why we will be returning). The French restaurant opposite we used on one evening and that was very nice and so convenient. Visited Coral Bay beach once only which was lovely.

Absolutely satisfied. Communication before we travelled , instructions for the property, initial access to property out of usual hours through keybox, provision of extra information regarding trips etc was first class. Thanks again '.

''First Day back at work for me unfortunately, We all had a lovely Holiday in Cyprus thank-you – my family from Dubai left and arrived home yesterday whilst we left the property on Saturday.

We were all very happy with the facilities at Skytrees – it was very handy for Coral Bay and the children enjoyed their time there, we felt it very safe. We ate at several local Restaurants, which were all very good value for money and catered for the children well.

''Had a lovely holiday thank you. The villa was lovely spacious pool and garden beautiful. Location was great definately need a car which we always get. Sunset and duomos restaurants are our favourite. Also used traffic rentals for a 3rd year for a quad safari, coralia beach is lovely not as crowded as coral bay beach. If you have kids pathos waterpark is great. Service was excellent from let's rent online couldn't fault them. The local managers were very quick and efficient with helping with any enquiry.''.

''The villa was excellent, well equipped and everything was comfortable. The location was superb, within walking distance of choice of restaurants and a lovely walk to the beach and easy drive to large supermarket. The Beach Club restaurant is in a superb setting and good food and attentive staff. The Sunset was ok but the owners were really lovely. Letsrentonline staff were very helpful and speedy to respond to all communications. We only communicated with the agent not the local managers. Regards Denise''.


In walking distance of the Skytrees villa are 4-5 traditional tavernas serving BBQ'd meat, Fresh Fish and local dishes of the highest quality. You are only a 5-7 minute drive from Coral Bay, Peyia village and 20 minutes into Paphos town. Easy access can be gained to the beautifully traditional village of Kathikas and you can also easily reach Polis and Latchi on the other side.

As previously mentioned, the beach and coastline can be walked to (going past some very nice and upmarket gated villas may we add) in under 10 minutes with a choice of routes and areas of coastline to enjoy. Agios Georgios has a renowned fish taverna where fresh fish is brought from fishing vessels that are stationed in the picturesque harbour situated directly below.

The monastery at Agios Georgios is beautifully architectured and is always a draw for visitors to the area.

Other things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park (now Paphos Zoo), reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.

Golf can be found at Minthis Hills, Elea Estate, Secret Valley & Aphrodite Hills, all within 45 minutes drive of the villa.

If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski! Skytrees Villa in Agios Georgios may well be the perfect location for a vacation retreat.
