“The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

“The breakfast choices were very good and the oatmeal bar was amazing! The hot tub didn’t work. Let me rephrase that. There wasn’t any place to turn the jets on. I went to the front desk and asked how to turn it on. She said “it’s a hot tub, not a Jacuzzi” I said “it doesn’t have jets(clearly it does) and she said it needs parts. So basically a warm pool of water in the same area as the pool. A little disappointing.”

“The manager is very Pleasant and Greetful. It would be nice to get a free room for a couple nights for being a loyal valuable customer and giving Great reviews. Plus I clean up my room and take out my own trash when I check out.”

“We stayed here Friday-Monday. We had no hot water until Monday.The hotel said it was due to them being booked at capacity for the past 3 weeks and to reach out to Expedia. Expedia took way too long to respond on chat and I really just wanted to enjoy my vacation. If you decide to stay just call to see if they will have hot water.”
