needs work

we were disappointed we have stayed at vacation rentals before. The management company wasn’t ready for us. The gated community the security entrance did not have her name. The management company did not have her place ready to go.. the Management come eat, took us to our villa and turned on the air conditioners and left. We had no Wi-Fi and there was a fine layer of dust on the counters. in an hour, the place had cooled down we went and got some groceries the next morning I went to make coffee and there’s no coffee filters and I noticed there’s no Kleenex no paper towel no dish soap no hand soap no laundry soap very disappointing. They should be all supplied with your basic rental. The stove was dirty and we cleaned it. Wipe down all the counters. The facility is big. the beds are comfortable the pool is nice in the back.. the community is gorgeous. The golf course is amazing. The beach is unbelievable. The community is a paradise. Recommend staying here just a different vacation rental. The owner needs to improve his services. It would be just fine.

Enjoyed the stay but poor communication with Management Company

Pros: We loved the area. It was a couple min. from the beach & the beach is perfect for kids. The waves are great for boogie boarding. We enjoyed playing in the pool. Cons: The host responded to emails quickly, but the management company that oversaw the home weren't great. I was told to message the management company to set up a time for check in, but she never responded. After messaging the host, he was able to give me the info for check in. I had messaged the host double checking there would be TP, soap & basic cleaning supplies (after seeing a previous review). He responded right away saying it'd all be there but there was no extra toilet paper, and after a couple days with 7 people, we ran out and had to supply our own. There also wasn't laundry soap or a can opener. Just a few things that made our time there a little more difficult. After multiple messages, the management company finally brought us soap & toilet paper, but it was 2 hours before we checked out. The wifi also went out for the last 3 days we were there, and it didn't seem like anyone was coming to check it out. Again, the host responded quickly to every email but the management company (who was in charge of fixing things) didn't respond. We enjoyed the home & its facilities, but if you run into any issues or things you need, it's likely that it will take multiple days for those issues to be resolved. In the future I'd stay at a different place but still stay at Los Delfines.

Stay in Tambor

The spaciousness of the ptt try property was great. Locks on doors and windows were a problem. We needed special instructions to lock outside doors. The location was very good. Lack of supplies (TP, soap, cleaning products was an issue. We needed to supply our own. Location was good especially to the Curu Wildlife Refuge.

Relaxed Vacation Escape

First impressions were wow what at a great space/location/beach/pool. As the stay progressed we noticed we some deficiencies. Some amenities that would’ve made our stay more enjoyable are: more bath and beach towels, face cloths and mats. Having a outdoor bbq made up for lack of larger pots. As well there were no pot holders. Cleaning supplies provided were inadequate. Having a separate laundry room was great, but the dryer wasn’t drying. A great addition would have been patio stones between the deck, and the pool to keep grass from tracking inside and out of unit/pool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.
