“I had booked the room via hotels.com and we were given a room on the ground floor. The first thing I saw when I opened the door was a roach. The receptionist was very helpful and immediately gave us another room on the third floor which was much appreciated. The hotel felt a little bit run down (corridors, carpet), but was otherwise OK. Breakfast not great, but most hotels in the same category have the same problem.”

“Fridge and freezer didn't work. Cooking implements, pans, plates and cups cost extra. Coffee maker had to be purchased, and there was no coffee or tea in the lobby. No change available for laundry, so you had to accept the surcharge for using credit card. Internet failed. Power failed, AC would shutofff automatically.. it was just terrible. ”
