Det ligger inom en kort promenad till närbutik, offentlig strand och världsberömda Atlantis! Ny möblerade vi såg till att du har all komfort att känna dig som hemma! Det är ett perfekt fritidshus för familjer eller grupper som söker en säker och bekväm miljö i hjärtat av Paradise Island. Vi kan ta emot upp till 6 resenärer, men det finns bara ett badrum.

    Pick-up från flygplatsen, båt dag, jet-ski session, vi kan hjälpa dig att ordna dina aktiviteter! Kontakta oss för mer information.

    För att komma runt är allt gångavstånd på Pardise Island. Om du vill besöka New Providence och Nassau är en färja tillgänglig från bron och går fram till 6 pm. Det är väldigt bekvämt att ta en taxi eller hyra bil för dagen eller mer. En parkeringsplats finns gratis.

Great location

We had a great week in the Bahamas. This property is a nice walking distance to restaurants and Atlantis. Bathroom could use updating, but for the price this was a great way to enjoy the island on a budget.

Amazing location. Short walk to Atlantis, even short to an amazing beach. The area is quiet, friendly and feels very safe. Property included everything needed for a short stay and was an excellent retreat at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

I have to honest, I got what I paid for.....Mold around a/c vent in living room , giving off a weird oder upon entrance .I slept one night /3 and left!!!!!! Health Risk. I brought some ajax in attempt to help them clean the grout /floor tiles but just wore socks and shoes all through. The bathroom looked like the ONLY safe place .....However, I feel with urgent mordern updates and deep cleaning inside/ outside / up/ down ..the place as good potential to make plenty money. To the owner this review isnt to bash your place but to alert you that things can be better for both the renters and yourself ..God Bless And kindest thanks in spite of... But those who can by pass those things, take your personal cleanning proucts and gear and enjoy something like Paradise.

Affordable Stay In Paradise (Island)

The property is spacious and clean. The location is great. You can walk everywhere in Paradise Island. Cabbage Beach is gorgeous and a short and easy walk from this apartment. If you are looking for a quiet and affordable place to stay on PI, this is it!

Great location

Wonderful location with easy access to Altantis or the less crowded areas of Cabbage Beach, Violas or the Cabbage Beach Bistro. About half an hour to walk to the straw market area. House was clean and the pool area would be great for families with small children. Loved our stay.

Nonostante l'appartamento possa essere migliorato in pulizia e manutenzione esterna, la sua posizione vicino a Cabbage beach permette di rilasdarsi al sole senza prendere l'auto e di entrare ad Atlantis passando dalla spiaggia pubblica.

Vacation

I traveled here with my 3 teenage daughters and we had a blast! Cute little condo perfect for us. We walked to Atlantis and the beach every day. Some taxi drivers did not know the name of the condos "Paradise Villas," but I just gave them directions no biggie. Super cute and affordable

Good Location

Location is great if you're wanting to explore all of what Paradise Island has to offer. 10 min walk to Atlantis and 10 min walk to Cable beach (which is great). The unit is priced right: beds are just okay (clean), pillows aren't great, overall it could use some TLC, but the 6 beach towels are great and for the location the price is right. Property Manager was very responsive. Wifi was good.

Perfect fit for our needs

Our small, recently graduated Girl Scout Troop stayed and it was a perfect fit for our needs. The kitchen was helpful for low-cost in-house meals and the walk to Marina Village and the ferry dock was very manageable. The girls enjoyed the pool and the area was very quiet. The extra beach towels came in very handy! Our host was very informative and accommodating. I would recommend it for a reasonably priced vacation!

Wonderful potential and the most friendly people

We only had one problem with the laundry area which Lou had rectified immediately. Please note to bring quarters if you intend on using the laundry facility. Other than that, the nearby beaches were amazing!!! The other tenants in the facility were amazing and extremely helpful! I cant emphasize how much we enjoyed the people of new providence! Would definitely visit this paradise island again.

Pros Very clean Great wifi Central air Nice pool Great location Cons Kitchen and Bath are very dated Minimal kitchen supplies for cooking No BBQ on premises Nice TV but no cable. Could only watch Netflix.
