Hi Steven, So sorry my unit did not meet your standards. As far as the bed is concerned, this is the first time I received a review about it like this in all the years I have been renting my place. With regards to the staircase, I'm sorry it was difficult for you but I wish you had said something as soon as you got there. As far as the pool goes, I have no control over the temperature of the water but most people use it regardless. My housekeeper always mops the floors and makes sure my units are very clean for all my guests so I'm sorry if it was not to your liking. I hope you enjoyed your trip regardless. Dear Stephanie, first of all I want to extend my condolences on the loss of your Father. It is a very difficult thing to lose a Parent. I am sorry your trip did not go as planned. it has taken me a long time to respond to your review because I wanted to get all the facts together before answering you. As always, I do my best to make sure all my guests are well taken care of and in this case, although there was a problem with your check in, I did everything possible to make things right for you at that time. Your reservation was a last minute reservation and I tried to contact my housekeeper several times but to no avail. I later found out that her phone went completely dead and therefore I could not reach her to let her know of this last minute reservation in order for her to clean the unit after it was vacated by the previous guest the day before. Taking full responsibility, I put you into a really nice 2 bedroom unit for the night and you had agreed to move into my unit the following morning. I finally got through to my housekeeper that evening through her Mother and she immediately went over to the unit to get it ready for you. My housekeeper had cleaned the unit and it was ready for checking into by 6 AM the following morning. After you checked in, my housekeeper asked you that evening if everything was fine and you told her that everything was. Moving 3 times because my housekeeper was unavailable to clean the unit the day you were supposed to check in is simply not true. You then mentioned your husband had a bad hip and then complained that my bed was not comfortable, which is the first time anyone has ever mentioned that to me. You did however point out that maybe you were just worn out a bit. As far as the spiral stair case, I'm sorry your husband had problems with his bad hip to bring the bags up there. Moving to a hotel for the 3rd night was entirely up to you. As I mentioned to you earlier, when my housekeeper asked you if everything was alright you told her yes. Again, my apologies for the problem checking in the first day but I did my best in renting you another unit for that first night at my own expense, which was the right thing to do from my side. I wish you both well and maybe you could give me another chance in the future. Best regards, Steve

Hi Ingemaj, I'm glad you enjoyed your trip to Nassau. With regard to the airconditioning units, mine, as well as all the other one bedroom units have their airconditioning units up on the roof so you do not hear anything from them. I think what you are talking about is the airconditioning unit across from the condo which is not on the roof but on the ground. I'm sorry if it was loud and thank you for letting me know. I will definitely make contact with the owner of the condo to address the situation. As far as the sun goes, you always get the sun in the afternoon, probably while you were at the beach or out somewhere. If the sun is out, you will definitely get it on your patio during the afternoon hours. As for the Pull Out Sleeper Sofa being uncomfortable and because I received a similar review this past week about it, I purchased a new Queen Sleeper Sofa with a Cooling Foam Memory Mattress in Florida that will be delivered to Nassau by next Monday, the 28th of January. Dear Anne-Marie, My apologies for any misunderstanding. I certainly do not want to portray my unit as being right on the ocean or that it has an ocean view. In my property description it does say that the unit has a garden view. Beachfront does mean facing the beach and that is the reason for my listing of the condo as "Located in Beachfront Resort" and not Beachfront Condo.
