“Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice man at the front desk named Chase. He was friendly and helped me with my luggage. Upon entering my room it was average. The rug was not very clean and the bathroom floor could have used a good steam. The people next door were extremely loud, banging on the walls ,children screaming and doors open and closing. “Breakfast was basic. The tap in the bathroom leaked all over and the toilet was dirty. The water had black specks in it. Old outdated overall.”

“Would have enjoyed another hot item on the breakfast. Waffle machine or Biscuts & gravey? They had a quiche one day which I unfortunately missed. Pool was cloudy & no bubbles in the hot tub which was the main reason we chose this hotel. We do not mind reusing our towels, but with several people using the room, we needed more places to hang the towels to dry.”

“Hotel is pretty, rooms are very nice. However, if you are not a smoker, it was very unpleasant. The entire casino stinks of smoke. Dirty ash trays at every slot machine. Very gross. ”

“The smell in the hotel was terrible, the pool was not in service and they didn't tell us before we arrived. They give you a 15 minute window to tell them you don't want to stay and did NOT tell us the pool wasn't open. They sent us to a room that was at the other end of the building so we went over our 15 minutes and after 30 minutes demanded a refund. They would not let us talk to a manager and would only refund us one day stay. They also took 100.00 when we checked in for what I don't remember...

“My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had plenty of space. The living room section had good space and the kitchen was nice. The only problem we had was the pool area. No seating, no towels, the water was freezing and the walk area was very slippery. ”

“First impressions friendly stuff, beautiful place , clean rooms, nice view ,breakfast was made by order and delicious, nice pool and hot tub . Great location love it 👍 plenty of things to do around.they make you feel like right at home 🏠 ”
