Surrounded by swaying palm trees, the private swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off on warm Cyprus days, while the sun loungers invite you to relax and soak up the sunshine. Enjoy breakfast in the fresh morning air, long leisurely lunches, or evening drinks around the outdoor dining table before ending the day under the stars.



Large sliding doors open from the terrace into the bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The comfortable lounge is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach and features a sofa bed, allowing the villa to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen sits alongside the dining area and provides everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals throughout your stay. For added convenience, the villa features a separate laundry room with a washing machine.



Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom features two comfortable single beds, making it ideal for children or friends, and also benefits from its own private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and palm trees. Parking



A private parking space is available to the left of the villa. If you need additional parking, you may park along the road outside the villa wherever a space is available.



Self-Catering & Starter Kit



The property is offered as self-catering accommodation rather than a hotel, giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your stay at your own pace. To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with the essentials for your arrival, including toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods where applicable, a bottle of water, shower gel, shampoo and basic cleaning essentials. The starter kit is intended to get you settled in at the beginning of your stay. Please note that edible cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil and other food items are not provided. Consumable items are also not replenished throughout your stay. There are supermarkets, shops, bakeries and other amenities nearby where you can easily purchase anything else you may need.



Cleanliness Standards



Our professional team ensures the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Freshly laundered and professionally ironed bed linen and towels are provided, so you can enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming space from the moment you arrive.



Travelling with Little Ones



Children under 2 stay free of charge. A travel cot is available for €20 per stay and includes a fitted bottom sheet and towel. A highchair can also be provided for €10 per stay. Please request these in advance so we can have them prepared for your arrival.



Need Flexibility?



Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request through your guest portal for an additional fee, subject to availability.



Verification & Check-In



For security and compliance purposes, all guests are required to upload a valid ID and sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to your personal guest portal, where you can complete the required verification. Once the verification process has been completed, your check-in details will be released. For security purposes, the property's access code will only be provided one hour before your scheduled check-in time.
