Loved our stay
After spending a week here we decided to check right back in again after a night away rather than going on to Nissi Beach as planned. Guess that tells a lot of how I liked our stay ;) Thank you for a wonderfully relaxed vacation. I hope to come back next year

Väldigt fint och rent. Lite sprickor i ytbeläggningen i poolerna men det gör inget. Fint område och många hängmöjligheter runtom på hotelområdet. Väldigt hjälpsamt och trevligt personal som känner igen en. God mat. Det behövs dock kontroll över hur många bäddar man får paxa utan att man är på plats. Under min vistelse paxade en kvinna 9 bäddar för hela sällskapet innan soluppgång. Sällskapet dök upp pö om pö fram till lunch och bäddarna stod tomma under både em och fm. Det var därför svårt att hitta en bra skuggplats vid poolen.

We stayed at the Cavo Zoe in April and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is newly renovated, modern, well finished, clean and quiet. We had a sea view room, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of Protaras. All the staff was always super nice and friendly, very professional and always smiling, to them we owe a lot if our vacation was so good. A special mention goes to the breakfast, lunch and dinner services, very high standard with theme nights with delicious buffets, excellent welcome drinks, delicious breakfasts and tasty lunches. We look forward to returning.

Modernes Hotel, sehr gemütlich und mit schöner Umgebung. Auch der kleine Strand mit der Bucht nebenan ist recht schön, was in der Beschreibung nur mässig zu erkennen ist. Schöne Zimmer mit guten Betten. Weil alles Licht nur indirekt ist leider etwas dunkel.

Having just spent 3 days at the property I genuinely cannot fault a thing. The hotel is modern, clean and the roomand views were fantastic. The location is ideal and a 2 minute walk from Green Bay Beach which in my opinion although small is one of the best on the island. Good value for money, friendly staff I couldn't ask for more.

Positiv: - kulinarisch: sehr gute Qualität und Auswahl - sowohl bei Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen - Mitarbeiter: Freundlichkeit, sehr schnell und hilfsbereit - Sehr schön angelegte Poolanlage, aus unserer Sicht mit ausreichend Liegen - Generell gepflegte und stylische Anlage - Ausreichend große Zimmer mit tollen Ausblick aufs Meer - Coole Salty Bar für Drinks nach dem Abendessen - an 3-4 Tagen die Woche mit unterschiedlichen Musikern Negativ: - Zimmer zum Gang sehr hellhörig, dazu im ersten Stock vorne stört das Stühlerücken aus dem Restaurantbereich doch sehr. Dazu machen die Eingangstüren der Zimmer beim Öffnen einen Störenden Ton. - Nur eine Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück sorgt hin und wieder für Warteschlangen - Zimmer stylisch, aber Sauberkeit im Zimmer vor allem zu Beginn nicht angemessen. Bspw. mehrere dunkle Haare und Sand im Zimmer - Parallel stattfindende Hochzeiten (Lärm, Trubel etc.), jedoch ab 0 Uhr Ende - Nachhaltigkeit propagiert aber nicht gelebt: Größte Beispiele: Plastikbecher am Pool, Plastikblüten an den Hochzeiten, die auch noch Tage später im Gras liegen - Fitnessraum: positiv zu sagen ist wohl dass er ausreichend groß ist und eine Auswahl an Gewichten bietet, der Zustand der sonstigen Geräte jedoch miserabel ist. Das ist für ein 4* Hotel, welches das Gym hervorhebt wirklich schlecht. (Rudergerät nicht stabil, Crosstrainer nicht funktionsfähig, Beim Laufband löst sich die Abdeckung und schleift… - Föhn in Schublade viel zu kurz

The best aspect about this hotel is the Manager and the staff, super friendly, we had a problem with the room and the manager was extremely helpful and changed our room. The dining options were super good, the food was delicious, the ambiance was amazing. The 3 downsides for the facility is no kids entertainment although it said it was available on multiple sites, they should probably update it, second downside is that beach infront of the hotel was good, and the third downside is the rooms were a bit smaller and the toilet cabin was made from glass, if you flush the toilet for sure you will wake up whoever is sleeping. I recommend this hotel for couple but not families with kids. Overall, we had a great time at Cavo Zoe and the protaras center was out of this world 10 min walk from the hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel and location. The view's are amazing and the hotel can not be faulted. The pool area's are five star.. ive been to many hotel's across the world but this one is the jewel of the Mediterranean. Ive already booked for next year ❤

Das Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Lage des Hotels sehr schön mit schönem Meerzugang. Die Auswahl des Frühstückbuffets ist gut, aber die Qualität kommt über Discounterware nicht raus. Baguette ist pappig. Das Hotel wirbt als Green Key (umweltfreundlich). Weit gefehlt. Strandtücher einzeln in Folie verpackt. Getränkebecher am Pool nur Plastik. Das einzige umweltfreundliche ist, dass die Klimaanlage nicht geht, wenn der Schlüssel nicht steckt. Der Kühlschrank war so vereist, dass die Tür nicht schloss. Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick hübsch. Die Flure auf den Etagen erinnern eher an ein Krankenhaus. Keine Bilder. Sehr lieblos. Das Badezimmer so klein. Kaum eine Ablage für persönliche Utensilien.

Excellent outside environment and Staff service!
The outside environment of the Hotel was great, nice pools and the view from the overflow pools was stunning and very beautiful. On the other hand, the inside of the rooms was just fine and old and the bed was not so comfortable if you stay for a longer period. Need renovation to be an excellent Hotel without any fault. From the outside view of the Hotel you except a better room. Despite that, the service of the Staff was great and we will come back to this Hotel, as soon as they renovate the rooms.

Amazing from start to finish
I booked this hotel for 2 nights for my parents as a birthday present. I got non stop messages and photos from them saying how amazing and beautiful it all was. They also said the food was amazing. My mum was very impressed with the egg chef and complimentary prosecco at breakfast! They even booked another night as they were having such a great time! I was emailing Boryana (one of the managers there) before my parents stay and she arranged some birthday surprises for my parents. She was so helpful! Would book this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Definitely stay again
The hotel was perfect from the minute we walked in. The reception explained everything to us and made sure we understood. The room was so clean especially because of covid in Cyprus. The food was delicious morning and lunch that we had.

Great view , happy service staff, lovely location and beautiful pool area.. but need to fix up the following to excel : 1 kids were allowed in all 3 pools not making it easy to swim and relax. Management should restrict kids in one of the pools not all 3 of them!! 2 Rooms need a revamp to match the rest of the hotel ie pools,reception area and resaurant. 3 need to revamp the beach up front (plant trees leading to the beach etc) it is a seaside hotel but the beach is not so easily accessible and safe
