A lovely two-bedroom right next to the beach, featuring new furniture and appliances. From its roof-top terrace, enjoy an amazing sea view, and within a short distance, you will find amenities, bars, and restaurants you will need. The property is located in a very Quiet Area away from noise and disturbances where you can relax.

This tidy 2-bedroom apartment is fully equipped and perfectly located right next to the beach. In near proximity, you can find all important amenities you might need during your stay like supermarkets, pubs, bars, restaurants.

The apartment is cosy, guest friendly, operational, it can easily accommodate up to four adults, and has a large private balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning tea or that cold beer in the afternoon enjoying that amazing sea view. If you are an early bird, you can enjoy the sun rising while enjoying your morning coffee. All the rooms inside the property are equipped with an A/C.

As you step inside the apartment, you will find an open living space that features two comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and large windows that let ample light come through and light the space.

The apartment also has 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed a wardrobe, a small sofa. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large wardrobe. The renovated bathroom features a shower with hot and cold water, a sink, and a toilet!

Despite all these what makes this apartment special is its very large veranda with the bbq. The perfect place to have a tan during the sunny hours or enjoy the cool breeze in the afternoon enjoying the stunning sea view.

Our guests will have the whole apartment at their disposal, there is also private parking and they are allowed to use the common swimming at any time they like.

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.


FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.

FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.

FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

ELECTRICITY

We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:
