This beautiful, newly-renovated and modernized 6 bedroom villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and is surrounded by spectacular sea views. With its beautiful, state-of-the-art interior and extensive and private garden and pool area, this villa is the ultimate choice for those looking for somewhere luxury to indulge in a peaceful, relaxing and memorable holiday.

Downstairs, the villa has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors that offer sea views from every angle. The furniture and décor is contemporary and stylish with ample seating in the living and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils and includes a breakfast bar with seating area. There is also a WC on this floor

Upstairs, the villa has four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, double bed, widescreen TV and shared balcony; Bedroom 2 has a double bed, widescreen TV and shared balcony; bedroom 3 has two single beds and bedroom 4 has three single beds. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and offer beautiful views

The remaining two bedrooms can be found in the newly-built, separate annex that can be independently accessed from the stairs in the garden area. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, one of the bedrooms with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, widescreen Tvs and also offer fantastic views.

There is the added luxury of a large roof terrace with a seating area, perfect for relaxing with a drink whilst admiring the picturesque Protaras views.

Outside, the beautiful, landscaped garden offers ample space for lazy days by the pool and ‘nights in’ lighting the barbecue and al-fresco dining. Featuring a barbecue, shaded outside dining area which includes a widescreen TV, seating area, ping-pong, sunloungers and a private inifinty pool overlooking the ocean, this is the perfect setting to just unwind and appreciate the relaxed ambience.

A pool table and football table provide hours of entertainment for both kids and adults and Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are included. The villa has full air-conditioning throughout and an open-fireplace for use during the colder months. Pool heating is also available for an extra 60 Euros per day and is optional.
