Tengo 7 días hospedado y he pedido en tres ocasiones q me limpien la aviación y no lo an hecho me acuesto y siento ya q los ácaros me comen No me an dado jabón tube q comprar solo dieron uno q es para un día y no más mi reserva es de 50 dolares y un día les dio x cobrarme 55 y por más q les mostré le expliqué tube q pagar los 55 dólares esto es orrible de verdad

Our policy is to clean rooms on the third day for reservations longer than two nights. We understand that this was not clearly communicated to you, and we take responsibility for this miscommunication. However, after thoroughly discussing the matter with our staff, none of them recall any requests for cleaning services from your end. We apologize if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding in this regard.Regarding the issue with the soap and toiletries, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we dispatched a staff member to address the shortage and offered you a room change, which you declined. We take pride in providing a comfortable stay for our guests, and we deeply regret that we failed to meet your expectations in this aspect.Regarding the billing discrepancy, our records indicate that the rate for your reservation was 50 per night. We have not charged you 55 for any of the nights you stayed with us. However, we did notice that you checked out at 2 pm on the day of your departure, which is past our standard check-out time of 12 pm. This resulted in an additional day being added to your bill. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this.We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We will review your comments with our team and take appropriate measures to ensure a better experience for our guests in the future. Péssimo de tudo
Cheguei no hotel as 3h da madrugada e não havia ninguém na recepção, a porta principal estava fechada, fiquei 10 minutos batendo na porta e ninguém atendeu. Tive que pegar um táxi novamente e ir procurar outro hotel para ficar. Um absurdo! Não indico este hotel para ninguém!

Pleasant Gess Hotel
I enjoyed my stay here. It's strategically located, easy to get public transportation, and find places to eat. The staff is friendly.

Upon check in, the host announced that there was a 50 dollar cash security deposit. They dont do hold on your credit cards. Thankfully they were able to find amother arrangement.The room smelled and was stuffy. The carpet was dusty and the pillows smelled sweaty as though they hadn't been cleaned, nor changed. We had to put tshirts on them to sleep. It is definitely a no frills hotel but at least make it smell clean.

Hôte bien placé. Personnel souriant et disponible. Cependant, nettoyage irrégulier, tous les 3 jours. Petit déjeuner incomplet (séjour de 11 jours sans aucun fruit)´ si l’on se réfère à la carte proposée. Sanitaires assez corrects mais mauvaise évacuation d’eau dans les douches. Attention, bien vérifier votre facture avant de régler à votre départ.

Dear guest, As you know we are a budget hotel. The cheapest in the area right now. In order to keep our prices low, we indeed only do linen change every 3 days, but general cleaning do get done everyday as well as making the beds and taking out the trash. In reference to fruit, i do regret that none was available during your stay. Hope to have clarified some issues. Best, Gess Hotel
