âNear by everything. China town is less than 10 mins walk, Old Montreal is 15 mins walk and IGA is just near by also. A McDonalds is 4 to 6 mins walk. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. A bit dated but location is perfect for us.â
âAs a non French speaking tourist in Montreal I was welcomed warmly by kind staff who speak both English and French with a very lovely and cozy building that has a great selection of rooms including some that are great if you are on a budget. Hotel Mini is definitely a place that I recommend for anyone staying a few nights in the area. Also I forgot to mention the location of the establishment probably couldnât get any better â

âMy daughter, her friend and I had a great stay at Maison Montplaisir. Itâs on a quiet street, around the corner from a bus line that is only a short ride to the metro. The accommodations are not fancy, but it is very quiet, has everything you need and and the beds are really comfy. The host is an absolute gem! He is so warm and inviting, it made the stay extra special. We will definitely be returning. â

Although the room was small and compact, this was exactly what we were looking for, just to spend the night in a clean and small place and spend the day exploring the city. The gentleman at the reception was very polite, patient and helpful and gave us complete guidance.â

âIt was not too bad. The room was comfortable, the shared bathroom was clean but the sink was in my room so I had to leave the bathroom and go back to my room before I could wash my hands.
The ceiling fan made it comfortable because it was very hot outside.
The staff were very courteous and carried my luggage when I arrived, and they always treated me well. Most of them knew English.
