Hotell nära Parco Archeologico Appia Antica

“Amazing place to stay and the hosts were very helpful and kind. Grateful that we got to stay there!”

“It’s in dire need of renovations, but a good location if you’re not going in to the center. Everyone really friendly and helpful. It’s not a fancy hotel it’s a budget place with beds and pillows from the 70s. I had a okey stay free parking is great. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome's iconic sights, local restaurants, and cafes. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a long day of walking around the city, it was the perfect peaceful retreat to come back to. A special thank you to the host, who were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and provided great local recommendations that...

“I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands...

“Det var allt fantastiskt bra gjort! ”

“Amazing owners and such a great room! Very clean and modern. We had very early morning schedules so I do hope the other guests in the house weren’t too disturbed. Ciampino and the walkable Pizzaria were lovely and welcoming”

“We were highly satisfied with our experience at this hotel. It provided excellent value while offering a genuine glimpse into local Roman life, located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood just a 30-minute public transport ride from the central tourist areas. The surrounding area was a standout feature, filled with local shops, cafes, and restaurants offering authentic Roman prices, and it was easy and convenient to navigate public transport for accessing the city center’s main attractions. The...

“Friendly and helpful”
