âThis unit located in a quiet building about a 10-15 minute walk from historic area of Palermo was wonderful. The hosts were knowledgable and friendly and the unit was immaculate! The unit was modern and clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood had plenty of restaurants and was centrally located enough which made street parking manageable and an early flight out doable the next morning.â

âWe enjoyed our stay thoroughly, the room was exceptional, clean and very comfortable. The area is in the heart of most the historical sites, challenging walk from parking lot to hotel with luggage but that is to be expected. The staff was helpful and even provided a print out of recommended restaurants that we used and loved all the suggestions. Would stay again!

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room itself was okay, but nothing special, and the breakfast was also quite underwhelming. What truly ruined the experience, however, was the staff. They were unfriendly, and at one point, a staff member even threatened to call the police on me simply because I wanted to have a guest over. To make matters worse, this person mocked me by saying that this was not a hotel âfor having boom boom,â which was both humiliating and completely unprofessional. Iâve never experienced such treatment at any hotel before, and both I and my guest were left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable.
The only positive aspect I can mention is the location â the hotel is in a quiet area with a convenient setting. Unfortunately, apart from that, I cannot find much good to say."
