“We had no heating in our room (6) the first night there Friday. It was so cold we put our coats on the bed, early hours of Saturday morning, spoke to a lovely lady at reception, & within 30 mins there was someone there to sort it for us, so thank you. It was our 2nd stay there this year, entertainment was really good Shirley bassey was fantastic, food is always beautiful, so thank you once again for a lovely stay, be back in the new year. “The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and...
