Easy access to Metro for getting around Paris. We bought 5 day metro passes which were excellent value. The hotel was easy to find , clean and comfortable. We had a usable little kitchen with fridge , ceramic hotplate and dishwasher . There was a small supermarket nextdoor which we used for some provisions .Only negative was the air con on went down to 19 c and with the heat outside at above 25c it struggled to keep the room cool. Overall as a base to tour Paris it was well worth the money.

Wir hatten für zwei Nächte gebucht und sind nach nur einer Nacht wieder gefahren. Wäre es nicht schon so spät am Tag gewesen, wären wir nicht mal eine Nacht geblieben - so unwohl haben wir uns gefühlt. Das Hotel - von den Fluren über die Aufzüge zum Zimmer selbst - ist nicht ordentlich gepflegt: Auf den Fluren liegt vereinzelt Müll, es riecht, als hätte jemand Eintopf gekocht (keinen leckeren) und die Aufzüge sind versifft, als würde nur ein Mal pro Woche oberflächlich geputzt. Auch das Badezimmer war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist karg und das meiste Personal nicht gastfreundlich, ein Lächeln habe ich bei den wenigsten Interaktionen erlebt. Was die Sprachkenntnisse angeht, erwarte ich natürlich kein Deutsch, ausreichende Englisch-Kenntnisse dagegen schon (gab es aber nicht).

Likte overnatting stedet, store fine rom med god utsikt og servicen på hotellet var kjempe bra. Hyggelige resepsjonister. Renholdet kunnet vært litt bedre, men var fornøyd med hotellet.

Cheap & cheerful, great for families
Stayed here in the summer with young kids; cheap and cheerful apart-hotel with excellent kitchenette. The fellows at the front desk were courteous. Room was clean and functional, but very small. Efficient elevator. Pay laundry available, although front desk was not able to break bills to provide change. Grocery store just steps away. 10-min walk to nearest Metro station (Porte de Pantin), with most of Paris' main attractions accessible within 20 mins. The neighbourhood around the hotel was lovely and safe and clean. Delighted to discover La Villette nearby with museums, concerts, a huge playground, fairgrounds, restaurants, Cité des Sciences, etc. Lovely area! Would definitely stay here again.

Pick Somewhere Else
It is a good place to stay but not really a four-star hotel. There is no bar or restaurant, elevator broke for a day, no water for a day, spotty internet, too far from attractions, no way to open a window or door for fresh air. I was happy because my prime amenity is great air conditioning which it had. Always get a hotel with a kitchenette. You will save a ton of money.

It is still acceptable about the policy of "provision of room service once in 7 days", but it was hardly accepable as we were asked to clean up our rubbish bin in our room and then transfer the rubbish down to the ground floor garbage room by ourselves.

Un accueil digne d un 5 etoiles
Merci pour l accueil...une patience en or qu a eu ce jeune homme a la réception avec notre galère de parking ... L hotel est tres bien situé pour visiter Paris a 2 mns d une rame de tramway deux commerces d alimentation long la rue ...l hotel est super bien insonorisé et tres propre ,lave vaisselle cafetière et même bouilloire (chose que nous ne trouvons plus dans les hotels maintenant)le grand lit dans la chambre principale super confortable....le point négatif le matelas du canapé lit (a déconseillé pour les personnes comme moi qui ont mal au dos) Petit tuyau pour le parking garez vous en double file dans une rue parallèle rejoindre la réception qui vous donnera la marche a suivre pour le trouver ne le cherchez pas comme nous vous ne le trouverez pas seul (a 20 metres de l hotel et super sécurisé )

Great staff. However I booked a double, but it was uncomfortable to sleep in a bed made uo of two single beds joined up, with uncomfortable edge digging into our body. When people ask for a double bed, it should be a double bed with a double mattress not two single beds pushed together. It would also be helpful if parking instructions are sent beforehand or there is a way of letting them know that we require parking. Staff were perfect, area great but the room could be cleaner and bed more comfortable.
