Superfin 1 sovrums lägenhet
Check in fungerade väldigt smidigt även om vi kom sent och ingen personal var på plats. Bra läge, nära till Louvre, Seine och Notre Dame samtidigt i ett kvarter med genuint fransk känsla. Stort utbud restauranger och cafeer, även supermarkets. Lägenheten hade allt från AC, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, strykjärn och strykbräda. Det vi tyckte var lite jobbigt var att toaletten som låg separat från badrummet saknade tvättställ, man fick gå till köket eller det andra badrummet för att tvätta händerna.

I really appreciated Natalia's communication efforts in coordinating our arrival. The apartment was very clean and stocked just fine for our 3 night stay. The only issue I think visitors should be aware of is the size of the elevator (fits 2 people). It is very small so if you are traveling with toddlers and lots of luggage, I would ask for level 2 or 3 max accomodations.

Nice apartment in Paris
The apartment was perfectly located. The neighborhood was safe, walking distance to most attractions, many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Washer/dryer combo was a nice perk, English translation would have been beneficial. The management was responsive and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The property was very clean. Mostly it was very quiet as well. Saturday-Sunday night some 20 people had a party for until 4AM. No sleeping… Check-in ans out was very efficient. Very friendly and effective people able to communicate fliently in English. Luggage room was great for late check-out. Party strats to be worn out. Oir bed made terrible noice when you turned or moved. Kept waking us up. Shower provided constant temperature water - great. Even though the water pressure wasn’t very high. Clean toilets and bath rooms

The customer service is excellent, the apartment is very clean, quite it, 18 minutes walk to De Louvre museum, same distance to Notre Dame de Paris, one hour walk to the Tour Eiffel, etc. I will definitely come back and stay at the Apartments du louvre Le Marais again, thank you.

Apartment Le Marais: soggiorno confortevole, TOP!!
L'aparthotel in cui siamo stati è situato in un palazzo molto bello e ben tenuto, su una strada al centro di Parigi: rue Etienne Marcel, 4. Non distanti ci sono diverse fermate di metro (comodamente raggiungibili a piedi, anche con bambini al seguito). All'interno gli spazi sono stati tutti ristrutturati e i materiali sono di buona qualità. L'angolo cottura (attrezzato con frigo, forno, una minilavastoviglie) si è dimostrato molto comodo e funzionale. Sono presenti anche un forno a microonde, la lavatrice, un ferro da stiro con l'asse, macchinetta per il caffè. Il letto matrimoniale e il divano letto si sono dimostrati comodi. L'aparthotel in cui siamo stati (al sesto e ultimo piano) ha le pareti leggermente mansardate e le finestre basculanti. Davvero bella e caratteristica la vista sui tetti di Parigi, da cui si può scorgere anche la torre Eiffel (e vederla la sera illuminata è stata una bella esperienza anche per i bambini). L'ascensore del palazzo purtroppo arriva fino al quinto piano, per cui se si ha molte borse bisogna fare a piedi un piano di scale per portarle su, ma non è stato difficile. Lo consiglio da tutti i punti di vista, in quanto il nostro soggiorno di due notti è stato molto confortevole. In reception (al piano terra) sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno anche dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora, dopo aver lasciato l'aparthotel per il checkout. Complimenti. Lo segnalerò ai miei amici come un ottimo riferimento per alloggiare a Parigi.

Good choice
Centrally located flat 100m away from metro station in Le Marais. The apartment we got was smallish for 5 persons. It was tasfefully decorated (in a fully refurbished building) with street balcony windows and was well equipped. The area is packed with restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Check-in / out was done remotely and was easy.

Great experience staying at Apartments du Louvre! Convenient location, close to so many restaurants and the Louvre. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there. The check-in staff is amazing. They promptly responded to questions and had a convenient virtual check-in process, since their office would be closed when we arrived in Paris.

Amazing stay.
I have never written a review for a hotel until today. This was an amazing space. Amazing hospitality. Central location. 2 minute walk to amazing dining areas. 15 minute walk to Louvre. Thoughtful host. Clean, spacious and modern in old world building. Could not recommend it more.

Our family loved this property. A quiet oasis in the bustle of Paris. The A/C and Wifi worked well. The rooms are spacious with a great layout. The kitchen was well appointed, although we went out nearby every evening for dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would easily go back.
