Tuvimos una habitación privada y todo estuvo muy bien. Muy limpio y con buena ducha. El único problema es que no tiene cocina como dice, sino un microondas y una heladera, pero nos arreglamos bien con eso

Bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon accueil. La chambre était sommaire mais propre et literie confortable. Calme au moment du séjour, qu'en est il quand il y a des groupes de scolaires? Cela reste une auberge de jeunesse.

It was a nice place. Just to sleep n go out. The manager and stuff we're lovely n always up to help you.. Take your personal care stuff with you, they don't put any. Breakfast is just simple but it tastes amazing. For the price, it was nice.

숙소 기본적인 기능은 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 그러나 가장 중요한부분에서 문제가 있었는데, 돈을 지불했는데 막상 가보니 자기들은 돈을 받지 못했다 우기던 것과 체크인 시간 오기 문제가 있었습니다. 물론 이건 호텔스 측과 제대로 일처리와 의견교환이 안된것으로, 양측 다 문제가 있던것으로 보이긴 합니다. 하여튼 첫날에 길바닥에 나앉을뻔했네요. 개인적으로 최악이었습니다.

Worth to stay in Paris
The location is good, close to the metro station. There are many market, grocery stores, and pharmacy in the area, so you can get whatever you want conveniently. You can have free breakfast in Paris with this price is totally worth to stay. The only bad thing is the bed is unstable and easily shaked when you climb up to the upper bunk or even just a move in bed.

Beautiful city
I went for my first solo travel. Booked 6-bed (bunk bed) dormitory type room.Upon booking I mentioned that if I can be placed in room with female guest.When I arrived, the staff told me that it is impossible to confirm gender with the name of the people who books for the room and so I stayed in a room with a nother male guest (female here). It was just the 2 of us who stayed in the room that's very clean especially the bathroom. So I just shrug the fact that I stayed with a male stranger, anyway we didnt really get to see each other. The hostel is close to Belleville metro station, few stations away from Paris Gare Nord.

駅から近くわかりやすい。 部屋は狭いがバッパーには普通 ネットが切れるのでパスワードを変更するのがたいへん。 それ以外は朝食もあるグッド

Staff are kind. Place is clean. Location is great.

Location is great. -------------------------------------------------- I lost my luggage during the trip and the hostel helped me settle down right away, providing the information for the police office also how to refound my train ticket. I felt very secured when the day ended. And I was able to continue my trip without problem afterwards. I am extremely grateful.

Lors de l'arrivée, la chambre était déjà prise. Retrouver surclassé je m'attendais à mieux que prévu mais une odeur persistante dès l'arrivée dans la chambre. Le lit double est en faite deux lits et matelas simple mis sous une protection double. Au moment d'aller dormir des cheveux dans le lit (impossible d'aller ce plaindre a 01h00 du matin, heureusement qu'il faisait chaut j'ai dormi au dessus de la couette); impossible de dormir avant 03h00 du matin car il n'y a pas d'isolation donc on entend tout le monde rentré et les portes claqué. Les horaires du petit déjeuner sont incohérent (08h00-9h30 ou 08h00-10h00 ou 7h00-11h00 selon les affiches, en réalité les heures du petit déjeuner dépendent de la personne qui est la le matin donc il faut demander), des verres à l'abandon des l'évier. Au moment du départ je signale les différents problèmes. Réponse la chambre est inoccupé depuis plusieurs jour et tout a été nettoyer, c'est probablement un problème avec la machine à laver.

Bonjour, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés des soucis que vous avez rencontrés lors de votre séjour. Tout d'abord, je tiens à m'excuser pour l'erreur de ma réception qui vous a donné une chambre occupée à votre arrivée? Et je suis ravie qu'une solution ait pu être trouvée. Pour informations, les lits doubles sont maintenant tous de vrais "grands lits" et les chambres Twin elles, à deux lits. Le nettoyage des chambres, du linge de lit, des serviettes de toilettes est effectué avec beaucoup de soin et d'attention de notre part. Encore une fois, désolée qu'un cheveu soit resté dans vos draps. Nous vous l'aurions changé avec grand plaisir. Les horaires du petit déjeuner (comme affiché) sont de 8h00 à 9h30 mais nous sommes heureux de nous adaptés aux besoins de nos clients (et pas selon l'équipe en place). Chaque client doit nettoyer son plateau. Un lave-vaisselle est à disposition. Et bien entendu, nous prenons en compte toutes les critiques de nos clients pour nous améliorer.
