Guest Access:

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.



Self check-in :

- You will have to collect the keys from a collection point 2 minutes away from the flat this key collection point is opened until 9PM

- The collection code will be sent to you 48hrs before your arrival

- After 9PM you will need to collect the keys from a collection point located near Musée du Louvre

Other Things to Note:

You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.



House Rules

- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

- Registered guests only. The person named on the booking will have to provide their ID

- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only



Additionally, please note that:

- Identity documents for the person named on the booking

- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee

- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
