Definitely a few issues need urgent addressing
Unfortunately, the staff was quite unfriendly already at the check-in. Customer is a disturbance in this hotel, it seems. In the rooms, they had sprayed a large amount of perfume on the beds, making it difficult to breathe and resulting in a headache and a sleepless night.

We felt very relaxed here. The quiet hotel's friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms along with the convenience of the airport shuttle made our stay perfect.

This is my second time staying at this Hilton and I highly recommend. Very comfortable. Really appreciate the friendly check-in staff, the restaurant, the coffee and tea available 24 hours a day in the lobby and the outdoor area and the back patio for us smokers. Thank you for everything, Hilton. Will look forward to my next stay.

The hotel was incredibly nice with a very nice and seemingly newly updated hotel room with a lot of space and amenities. The breakfast was also quite nice. The hotel is less than a 10 minute car ride from Orly which is also very convenient.
