Very good
Very nice service, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is newly refurbished and the interior is very nice. The elevator is super tiny only for one person and a bag so not a hotel for people with physical disabilities. I recommend this hotel strongly. The location is perfect in Paris!

Buena ubicación, pequeño pero camas muy cómodas.
Hotel pequeño, limpio, las camas muy cómodas, buen descanso. Buena ubicación. Los pequeños detalles son que es una habitación pequeña pero tiene todo, los puertos USB lado ventana no funcionan y sería bueno tener puertos USB en el escritorio.

I stayed at this hotel for my first solo trip to Pairs and it was amazing. The staff was so nice and the room was lovely. I was traveling on a budget but felt like I was staying in a 4-star hotel. And as a solo female traveler I felt very safe in the hotel and walking around outside. Would highly recommend!

Top Location, nice and very clean place. BUT: LIKELY THE SMALLEST ROOMS, TINNIEST BATHROOMS, NARROWEST STAIR- and HALLWAYS AND THE SMALLEST ESCALATOR IN PARIS.. THE CLIENTS OF THE ENTERTAINMENT PLACES NEXT DOOR WILL MAKE SURE YOU DONT SLEEP BEFOR 3AM.. AND IF.. STAY RELAXED.. BY 4AM CONSTRUCTING NEXT DOOR WILL KEEP YOUR SLEEP AWAY UNTIL 5PM, SHORTLY BEFORE THE RESTOS IN THE NARROW ROAD TAKE OVER AND OPEN UP..

Rooms and elevator are claustrophobically small. You are literally sitting on the toilet and touching the sink and the wall next to you because there is no room. There wasn’t enough room to even place our luggages so they were kind enough to give me an upgrade to a slightly bigger room. But the room had a lot of issues - the shower head was broken, the door knobs of the shower were broken and it was visibly molded at the top of the bathroom. My allergies were also quite severe in this room.

This hotel is a great choice if you want to explore Paris - it’s located near the Grands Magasins and Palais Garnier, and the metro stop is right around the corner. The room was small but it was set up to maximize space, and the beds were nice and comfy. The best part of our stay? The staff! Everyone greeted us with a smile and really went out of their way to ensure a nice stay. Merci à vous tous!

It is a small hotel with new facilities and good food. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. We used the hotel on two separate occasions during our stay in Europe and they remembered us and we will use it again next time.
