Bra budgethotell, små men välstädade rum. Hotellpersonalen var riktigt trevlig vilket höjde betyget. Det enda jag störde mig på var att hotellet var väldigt lyhört. Man hörde precis allt och kunde lätt vakna av att grannarna var uppe eller någon gick i trappuppgången.

Bra familjehotell, bra personal
tre dagar i Paris, centralt och tyst rum. Trång parkering med det gick att klämma in en Volvo V70.

Personalen på hotellet var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Superbra service! De pratade dessutom bra enegelska (vilket är väldigt ovanligt i Frankrike). Städningen var bra! Frukosten var inte alls något i vår smak (men den är ju rätt långt ifrån den svenska varianten på frukost).

Det har gått jättebra och vi var mycket nöjda med Hotellets service och fick hjälp av personalen på reception när som helst. Alla var mycket snälla och hjälpsamma, hotellet låg centralt med metro i närheten men just hotellets gatan var fullt med fransk afrikaner med många frisör som tillhörde dem. Det var lite oväntat att bo centralt i Paris men känna som om man har kommit till Jamaica.

Fräscht litet hotell med bra service.
Fräscht litet hotell med centralt läge och bra service. Lite ruffigt område dock om man "gick åt fel håll", gatan bakom hotellet stank av marijuana. Dörren till rummet var rätt ranglig och låset krånglade, men i övrigt verkade det mesta hyfsat nytt och fräscht. Testade inte frukosten då de varken hade ägg eller kött. Trevlig personal som verkade väldigt serviceminded. Väldigt nära metron.

Clean and fresh
The room was clean and fresh. Extraordinary nice staff at the service desk. The area was quite good, not far from Seine and Notre-Dam. A pleasant stay, and we definitley got more than we paid for.

Helt okej!
Hotellets läge var bra och rummen var fräscha, men viss personal var väldigt otrevliga. Hissen är en trappa upp, så om man har svårigheter att gå, välj ett annat hotell. Helheten är helt okej!

Centralt läge
Vi hade ett fyrbäddsrum på 1:a våningen som låg mot en lugn innergård. Rummet var rent och badrummet relativt nyrenoverat. Trots det höga priset för rummet ingick inte frukost, den fick man betala extra för. Dessutom tog hotellet ut en extra kostnad för skatt som vi inte hade blivit informerad om på hotels.com. Sammanfattningsvis; det var rent, lugnt men DYRT.

Enkelt men trevligt hotell centralt i Paris. Bra rum med AC och välisolerat mot livlig gata utanför. Skön säng. Välstädat o fräscht. Bra frukost. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Nice hotel with good service,nice breakfast and really nice rooms. The neighbourhood though was not very good. It was sort of a red light district. Although we never felt any reason to worry. The rooms were like 10 times nicer than the other parts of the hotel. I recomend the hotel for its cozy rooms and good service, but i would not bring my kids here or be just girls alone in this particular neighbourhood.

Förvånansvärt fint rum även om receptionen och kvarteret var lite skruttigt. Rummet var litet och vi trängdes fyra (två vuxna, två tonåringar) på en liten yta. Priset var ganska högt för vad man fick.

Everyone was kind, helpful, and amazing. From the initial welcome to the final goodbye (where I debated hugging the manager). Even though I was a stranger, they treated me like family. My room had a comfortable bed and pillows, a safe and a mini-fridge. The bathroom had everything one needed (plenty of hot water) and I made good use of the iron and the table-top ironing board. The room was small, but it was so well organized that it did not feel small. I also loved having a window (with the Juliette balcony) that I could open to let in some fresh air. My room overlooked… I’m going to call it an inner courtyard, so it was very quiet. There was also a central heating/cooling system with adjustable controls. The only thing the visitors should be prepared for are the stairs — they will have to drag their suitcases up (in my case) two flights of stairs. However, M. F. was there to help. I don’t know if I would have felt safe being in the area alone at night. I usually returned before dark. Early mornings in the area are quiet. The hotel has easy access to the metro, but I walked everywhere, so did not use it during this trip. I loved discovering the streets of Paris. I did not partake of the reasonably-priced breakfast, because I preferred to eat alone in my room. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and even a Fruit Palace near the area. Cutlery was provided. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough and would be happy to return again on a future visit.

The hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located from the Strasbourg St Denis Station which is an interchange for line 4, 8 and 9, giving you direct access to Les Halles, Opera and Champs Elysee and Trocadero without having to change trains. The station and area were lively even at midnight so you wouldn’t have to worry about walking late in the night from the station to the hotel. It is definitely worth it for time is money when you travel. In terms of the rooms and amenities, the triple room we stayed in is spacious by Paris standard with two beds and is located on an annexed building facing the quieter inner court, although at the price of some walking up the stairs. Equipped with a TV, a closet with coat hangers, a desk, a safe and refrigerator, you wouldn’t have to worry about storing the food you buy during your trip, which is great as not all hotels in Paris come with a refrigerator. The bathroom was pristine and adequately-sized with a large mirror, heating, hairdryer and good lighting. As for the service, we were always supplied with clean towels and sufficient toilet papers, and it always feels refreshing to come back to a well-polished room after a tiresome day of sightseeing. What most impressed us, however, was the personnel there, all of them was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with carrying the luggage up the stairs and calling a taxi to airport. We are so tempted to book this place again if we ever return!

The friendly reception staff were amazing and made a huge difference to our 3 day Paris trip - great advice for getting to tourist spots (routes & travel) and places to eat. The hotel is basic, very clean and positioned very close to the Metro (2 mins walk away). If you need a room just to sleep in the evenings, this is the place to stay.

From the moment I arrived, I was so welcomed by the staff! There are a lot of stairs and the elevator only goes to some of ithe floors because the hotel is actually two old buildings joined together. But the front desk helped me, arthritic knees and all, to get my bags up to my room on the fifth floor. I was late to breakfast on the second day, but they let me eat and drink, anyway! It's a good thing, too, because I never got lunch. My wallet was stolen so I spent all day making police reports, shutting off my credit cards, and going to the embassy for an emergency passport. When I got back to the hotel, where I'd left my bags, the guys at the front desk listened to my story and insisted on getting me tea and encouraging me to take some food from the fridge in the breakfast dining room. So kind, and above and beyond!

Simply a wonderful throwback hotel! The staff were absolutely fantastic - I mean just wonderful. The room we had was excellent, great size for an older style European hotel (it was actually larger than expected), it had a great view of the city AND a balcony (so needless to say my wife was ecstatic). It also had A/C and a 1/3 size fridge to store leftovers and cold drinks. That being said, there are a number of steps from the main floor hall (street access) to the hotel's main desk ...... not a deal breaker but something you be aware of if you require a lift or have trouble with stairs. Second thing, this is managed like a old time hotel - so they still use ACTUAL room keys, that you must turn into the front desk every time you leave the hotel (not a big deal but something to be aware of). To sum it up - we stayed for 13 days and loved every minute of it. I would stay here again in heartbeat (and very likely will next summer).

excellent inexpensive hotel
An excellent inexpensive hotel for a family holiday in Paris. Clean, quiet, 50 meters to the metro. There are many supermarkets nearby. Refrigerator in the room. The downside is that the sweet breakfast is not tasty, but thanks to the large number of cafes nearby this is not a problem. Entrance to the hotel is only by calling the receptionist - it would be more convenient to open the door yourself using the key.

Buon compromesso fra costo e vicinanza al centro
Albergo in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro, servito da una fermata dove passano 3 linee dunque si arriva nei luoghi turistici con al massimo un cambio. Le stanze triple sono accettabili come grandezza considerando il tempo che si passa in albergo peccato per il mobilio un pò rovinato. Bagno grande con tanti spazi per appoggiare i beauty case e cambio di asciugamani giornaliero. Frigobar e aria condizionata. Il quartiere è popolare ma tranquillo, anche tornando molto tardi non abbiamo avuto problemi.
