The hotel was perfect - we had a club room which was much bigger than we expected! Location was great - very close to all museums, some restaurants around

Trevligt litet hotell med närhet till det mesta
Ett extra plus för personalen som var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Hotellet ligger på någorlunda gångavstånd till de största sevärdheterna. Lätt att hitta. Ordnar med transport till/från flygplats dock dyrare än vanlig taxi. Trevliga rum. Gott om utrymme i rummet. Även badrummet var stort. Rent och fräscht men med heltäckningsmatta.

Det lilla extra
Mycket bra läge och högt betyg för hotellets personal som var mycket tillmötesgående. Alltid snyggt på rummet när vi varit ute. Hotellet gav oss det lilla extra som bidrog till att vår resa blev väldigt lyckad.

Bra läge och utmärkt service
Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge med promenadavstånd till många av Paris sevärdheter och attraktioner. Hotellets personal är mycket serviceminded och gör allt för att du ska trivas. Shuttleservicen till och från Charles de Gaulle- flygplatsen var utmärkt. Vi bokade ett Clubrum och tyvärr var sängen alltför smal för två personer. Så nästa gång kommer vi att boka ett rum med bredare säng.

Hade en utmärkt vistelse i paris och väldigt mycket berodde på hur bra läge hotellet hade. Plus att det var trevlig personal och fräscha rum.(stora rum) Had a really good time and thats because of the excellent hotel! Good location and really service minded staff. The rooms were big and clean. The hotel made the trip amazing and I love paris! Thanks / two party girls

Mycket centralt läge. Trevlig personal. Bra säng o badrum. Rummet var väldigt litet. Svårt att få plats med två resväskor. Fuktgenomslag från duschen in i sovrummet vilket medförde en svag mögeldoft.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location, near the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Jardin des Tuileries and within walking distance of great restaurants like Bouillon Racine and Le Coupe Chou, among others. The staff is very competent and welcoming, from check-in to check-out the service was spectacular. We are very grateful for the great service we received from Malyne, Yvan, Vajira, Samra, Ahmed and the director Florence, they are all fabulous people whose contributions made our stay a marvelous and unforgettable experience. The breakfast buffet is very good and has a little bit of everything for everyone. The breakfast staff, including Upul, Festus and Marie-Claude, all made each morning a good one with their prompt and professional service. In terms of housekeeping everything is very clean and organized, the team is great, very respectful and nice. In general, most of the staff speaks English, some Spanish as well, and they are all always ready to help their guests, whether its with restaurant recommendations, providing adapters for phones, or arraging for transportation, they all excel at customer service. We certainly enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making this life-long dream a fantastic experience for us.

Hôtel was lovely, room was a little small had no where to store luggage, had to leave this on the floor at the foot of my bed so, had to keep stepping over this to move around the room. Staff especially Ivan was amazing, allowed an early check in, charged my phone a few times as my cable stopped working, and also called my driver when pick up was late. A great place to stay… very central, will definitely be staying here in the future. X

Wonderful hotel, we stayed there 10 years ago and came back for our anniversary. Lovely friendly staff, also got upgraded room with fantastic views. Staff didn’t know we had an anniversary. Highly recommended. Very close to everything.

Fantastic hotel. Staff was very helpful and professional. Great location. Walkable to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, St Germain, Musee d’Orsay. Staff even made us reservations at nearby restaurants. Rooms were very nice and clean.

Wonderful stay. Thank you to Estella and all the staff. Location is perfect for close walking to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Musee d’Orsay, St Germain. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very understanding of our son’s food allergies. Quiet at night. Very clean and comfortable. Delightful hotel. Staff even made some very good suggestions and reservations for us at local restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The staff at Hotel d'Orsay is terrific. We were made to feel very at home and very welcomed. They provide great service in a friendly and attentive way. The hotel is extremely clean and the coffee, tea and cake each afternoon is a welcome treat. The breakfast was our favorite each morning during our stay. Just totally top notch across the board! Wonderful stay all around. Loved the hotel!

Very nice quaint hotel. Well located to all attractions, clean, safe, and comfortable room. Walk able to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful with all your needs. Breakfast is very good.

Tiniest room we have ever seen. Had to leave one suitcase just behind the door because there was no other place for it. staff was very helpful. They did run out of gin though! We enjoyed Paris and the hotel except for the room size.

The front desk was amazing, from check in to getting us tickets to the museum. We had to book a second room as a family member’s flight was canceled. They were so accommodating and helpful, professional and kind. The hotel was beautiful, great location, wonderful breakfast ! Our best experience on this trip to Europe!
