Dear David, Thank you for your review and your compliments on our breakfast team. We're really sorry our Wi-Fi was down when you arrived, and we want to apologize for that. For your information, our internet service provider is Orange, the n ° 1 in France, which is normally the most reliable solution. We have never had a problem with them in the past 10 years. Apparently, their last update on Tuesday put a lot of their professional internet boxes down in Paris. Every day we were told that a solution would be found very soon, so it was difficult for us to imagine that it would take so long and to properly inform our guests. Of course, now that even Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp may be down, you have to be humble. For this reason, we are setting up a second internet solution which will soon be available throughout the hotel. We remind you that during your stay an internet kiosk, with printer, has always been available on the ground floor of the hotel. Depending on your operator, a 4G connection may also be available and allow the use of the internet from the mobile. On the room service side, we offer a selection of dishes and desserts prepared according to recipes from starred chefs that we simply heat in the microwave. They are very popular and we're sorry if they weren't to your liking. Once again, we would like to apologize for the lack of Wi-Fi which was out of our control and hope that you will give us a second chance to welcome you soon in Paris.
