Lyxig charm och trendigt
Väldigt få hotell i Paris med sådan terrass med panorama utsikt mot Eiffeltornet (Terrass sviterna), och läge i den gyllene triangeln. Otroligt charmigt hotell med väldigt bra service och trendig inredning. Toppen.

I stayed for 2 days and I really liked this hotel from the first moment i stepped into the lobby. welcomed by smiling staff who are there to help and sometimes offer you help before you ask for it. concierge crevice is the best. location cannot be better in Paris. clean rooms with free mini bar which very quiet so you think for awhile you are living in your own paradise. I will definitely come back and stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel

Det positiva med detta hotell är läget, ligger ca 200 m från Champs Elysee´, 250 m Metron. Även nära till RER station, "fina gatan" med alla lyxbutiker och Eiffel tornet. Lätta att hitta bra restauranger i området. Hotellet är modernt och väldigt fint, tror att det är nyligen renoverat. Det som är mindre bra är servicen, enligt min mening så var dom underbemannande. Frukosten var ok men inte mer

Beautiful, modern, clean rooms. Very well maintained and high end. There is a bar and a restaurant which were good. Staff were very polite and helpful. Plenty of bottled water provided. Shaving kit, toothbrush/toothpaste provided, which was great because we lost our luggage at the airport. Great location at Champs Elysee

This hotel is amazing. The staff are very kind and helpful. They are so accommodating. They were efficient when asking for guidance around downtown Paris and very cooperative for hotel services. They provided great recommendations and were very personable. This is an amazing hotel with an Eiffel Tower view from the balcony. I will definitely book again when in Paris.

Great location and great service. Room was small and could have had more amenities but the staff friendliness and service made up for it. We especially loved the night time door man who always took special care of us.

Wonderful Staff!
The staff was amazing! Faty, Natalia, and Joauhad made us feel so welcomed and they were so accommodating. We would stay here again because of them! The hotel also was beautiful and met our every need.

Highly recommend!! This was my second time staying here. All of the staff are absolutely amazing and they ensure that your stay is perfect! I’ve booked a third stay here for later in the year. Very safe area, walkable to everything and luxurious rooms!

Suites was amazing. The personnel is very nice and ready to help The Hotel deserves the 5* ranking one negative note: the roof top was not accessible, and we were not aware when we booked.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! Very nice overall and great location; however, the terrace picture on their website is missleading. The layout and type of furniture led me to believe the hotel has a rooftop terrace, a deciding factor for our reservation. It does have a small rooftop terrace, but it is not openly accessible and its nothing like the picture on the website. You have to request for someone to accompany you and be there with you. This is missrepresantation! The pictures is that of two different rooms with their own terrace. We found this out the morning after our arrival when we asked if the rooftop terrace was opened. We were told by the person at the front desk that it was not open due to weather conditions, and that it will only be available after the 15th of July. This was never disclosed and the weather was beautiful. We expressed our dissapointment, and the fact that one of the deciding factors for booking this hotel was the pictures of the roof top terrace. We also communicated this to one of the assistant managers who met us upon our return that day. She apologiezed and acknowledged the fact that it is misleading (the picture is not of the rooftop terrace) and that it should not be on their website, they have a small rooftop terrace, but it needs work, it's closed because it needs renovation, we don’t advertise it, we offer it to our guess as a surprise, etc. We were eventually offered to see it and it is nothing like the picture on the website. Very dissapointed!
