Good location, nice room extremely uneven service.
Walking distance from Gare du Nord, if you don’t mind a walk. We received one small towel for two persons. Upon mentioning this, it turned out that there had been some technical mishap. Proactiveness would have been appropriate rather than urging us to complain and get short of time. There was also a very weird claim that no compensation beyond a glass of wine or coffee/croissant were ”possible” and that there had been no proactiveness since some guests could have brought their own towels. To a four star hotel. After quite some pushing did we get free breakfast.

We had a lack of towels due to a technical problem of the washing machine at the time of your stay and did not have a quick fix. In order to apologize, it is true that we had tried to compensate for this problem with something else. A lot of changes will take place in the next few months and our services and products will be improved so that this type of issues don't happen again. Bra läge och fräscht!
Bra läge till att ta sig runt om i Paris. Mycket bra var att det var restauranger öppna och folkliv även på en söndag, då det på många andra områden var stängt. Älskar inredningen och allt var fräscht. Kommer att komma tillbaka!

En bra säng är väldigt bra, och det var det här. Det jag saknade var två stolar, men man fick ju inte plats med det. Man kunde gå till det mesta vad gäller kulturen. Vi var både vid Eifeltornet, Louvren, Triumfbågen och Sacre-Coeur.

good looking lobby, small rooms, overpriced hotel
I've stayed at Pulizer a few times in business, but think this will be the last. The hotel is overpriced and staff is not particularly friendly. The only really nice thing about it is it's lobby, but to be served a drink there you will have to chase for staff to help out. The rooms are tiny and why don't serve breakfast in the nice lobby instead of down in a datl basement...?

Weekend in Paris
Good Hotel, quite good location, very good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. Room was quiet, big and good bathroom. Had booked a club room and the booking site gave impression that it was a more special room but was in fact a little bigger regular room. Nothing to complain about the room, but good if the booking could be more clear about it. Can recommend the hotel.

Clean, friendly, beautiful
Loved the hotel it was very clean the staff was very nice and spoke english the breakfast was beyond wonderful! The only thing negative was that we had paid for a superior room and thought we would receive the larger room pictured on the website but instead were given a room which most resembled the standard rooms just slightly larger. In the end the overall hotel experience was very good we had a room towards the yard which was quite and didn't hear any noise from the street. The bathroom was large and had good space, my only question was if you are tall it may be a bit of a problem having the water coming down on your head since the old fashioned looking shower head was not very high up... breakfast was very good fresh and lots of choices. the area of the hotel was very nice with lots of places to eat to choose from. The lounge area in the hotel was very cozy with lots of space. I will return to this hotel next time visiting Paris it lived up to my expectations and in the end we didn't even think about the room being smaller than we expected :)

great location - poor room
the location of the hotel was great but the room was very small, the bed was very hard and there was a hard edge in the middle of the bed. the room was very warm and the air condition didn't work. When i mentioned this to the staff they told me that it doesn't work in winter time and advised me to open the window, very annoying. The lobby was also a construction site with plastic covering two thirds of the area. Nice breakfast.

Jag och min fru hade 4 dagars weekend i Paris. Var jättenöjda med hotellet, dess läge. Massor med mysiga affärer, restauranger i området. Kanonläge med närhet till 3 olika tunnelbanelinjor. Hotellets Libyen och entré var mycket fin, bättre än på många andra hotell jag varit på förut i Paris. Dyr frukost (18 euro per person)dock, men det fanns flera ställe i området där vi kunde ta vår frukost istället. Hotellets skick motsvara inte riktigt 4 stjärnor enligt svensk standard, men så är det med de flesta hotell i Paris så det var inget oväntat. Ej klassisk Paris stil, lite designstil över rummen i svart och vitt tema. Fräscht och bra skick, men kan upplevas lite charmlöst om man vill ha mera romantisk stil på rummen. Ganska små rum, men vi var ändå väldigt nöjda med allt som helhet. Vi kan tänka oss att bo här igen, absolut.

Perfekt läge
Vi bokade tidigt på våren och åkte i juli, fick ett bra pris. Hotellet är beläget mellan Seine och Pigalle, ett mycket bra utgångsläge för alla sevärdheter. Vi bokade med frukost och blev inte besvikna, god och variationsrik frukost till ett bra pris, fick även frukt att ta med om vi ville. Det var tyst om natten och vi sov bra i sköna sängar. Ett hotell att rekomendera.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times now and can't recommend it enough! Not only is it the best hotel in Paris we've stayed in, but possibly one of the best hotels in any city! From the moment you walk into the lobby, you can tell this hotel has been designed so well. It smells amazing, it's incredibly clean, and everyone who works there is so helpful and welcoming. The rooms are a great size and modern yet really cosy and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. 10/10 would recommend, will definitely be staying here again in future when we come back. Book this hotel - you won't regret it :)

I would stay here again. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Hotel lobby and room are all modern and clean. Room size was generous after coming from single rooms in London. Travelled by myself and I didn’t latch my room door properly after coming back one afternoon and staff came up to make sure everything was ok and let me know. I stayed at another hotel in Paris for the 1st week of my trip and staff made it seem like an inconvenience to provide any customer service- hotel Pulitzer was the complete opposite which was so nice! I’m so happy I chose to end my holiday here 💛 Supermarkets are just across the intersection, 2 good cafes right by which is great if tired from walking all day. Grand Boulevard métro station is about a 4 min walk and this one sells tickets at the machine. Oh and the air con was fantastic, climate control is in the room. Shower gel provided smelt amazing.
