Bra (men dyrt) hotell
Fräscha gemensamma lokaler och serviceminded personal som hjälpte oss att boka olika aktiviteter snabbt och smidigt (guidad tur i Eiffeltornet, båttur på Seine). Samtliga i personalen pratade bra engelska. Ett par minuters gångväg till en Metrostation för att smidigt ta sig runt i Paris. Vi tyckte dessvärre inte att rummets standard motsvarade våra förväntningar av ett 5-stjärniga hotell i den prisklassen, badrummet hade behövt en uppfräschning. + För skön säng! - Svindyr minibar

Ett hotell med perfekt läge när Louvren och Place de la Concorde mm. Kanonservice och hjälpsam personal. Absolut högsta klass på hela hotellupplevelsen.

Rummet var inte klart för incheckning kl 15 utan det dröjde ett bra tag innan vi trötta fick tillgång till rummet. Rummet uppfyllde inte den standarden som 5 stjärnor.

Service i världsklass!
Jag och min dotter fick ett härligt dygn på hotellet. Kundnöjdhet i världsklass!. Rummet var mycket fint och vi njöt av badkar och SPA med tillörande kvalitetsprodukter. Vi åt en mycket god två rätters middag i hotellets kombinerade lounge och matsal med komplimang till kock och hovmästare/servitör. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera Hyatt Madeleine för er vistelse i Paris. Nära till Metron men skulle du hellre vilja ta en taxi så har de ett vatal med taxibolag som tar er dit ni önskar.

Eccellent service, especislly from Victor the bellboy who was so helpful, kind amd considerate. He helped us so much with the bags and getting a taxi snd was so warm and welcoming. Also a bif shout out to the lady st breakfast, i think her name was Shrw shrw, she was lively, helping my mom pracyoce her french, friendly and hempgul towards mt baby and my childs needs. Overall, stagg were superb, coulsnr ask for better service , only downside was it was a little pricey for a small hotel but the staff made the trip memorable and comfortable. Also victoria, the housekeeping lady was excellent, so thorough in her job, excellent cleanliness and so sweet.

Si estás interesado en compras, restaurantes y visitar algunos de los principales atracciones las podrás encontrar entre 10 y 15 min caminando. En cuanto a transporte Uber y Google maps serán tus principales recursos para moverte a cualquier punto de la ciudad con un costo promedio por viaje de 12 Euros.

I would absolutely stay here again. My husband, two daughters and I had a perfect one night stay. The staff is above and beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Easy walking to many cafes, shops etc. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family when travelling to Paris.

Excellent hotel, perfect location in Paris with most attractions close by. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. They pampered my kids and ourselves everyday with a different surprise. The hotel was super clean and in very good condition. We felt like at home in our stay in Paris. Highly recommended hotel. We cannot wait to be back to Hyatt Madeleine.

The staff are very nice and professional. Upon arriving, we were greeted and offer drinks. When we entered our room, they had a small dessert, wine, sweets, and kids journal book prepared for us as a welcome gesture. Our suite is spacious, my children (7 & 9 years old) enjoyed the comfortable sofa bed. Our bed is soft and comfortable. The pillows were perfect. I have spine issues and I didn’t have any pain after sleeping on the bed. The room is clean and the air conditioning is great kept us cool during the heat wave in July when we went. They clean everyday and provide bottled water. Also the air is clean and smells really good when we enter our room. The hotel is beautiful and is near to a lot places to eat. We enjoyed our stay for my husband’s birthday. I wish we were in the higher floors or have a view of the Eiffel Tower hopefully next time they can accommodate that request. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Paris Madeleine! Thank you!
