Hello Lisa, Thank you for taking time to share your experience at JO&JOE. We are sorry to read your stay was not as good as expected. Indeed, we alwalys do our best to allow people to have early check in but unfortunately sometimes this is not possible, but we have secured lockers available to wait. We are not in the center but our hostel is placed next to many metro stations that deserve paris center quickly. Concerning the uber, we are sincerely sorry to read this but this is totally beyond our control and we don't even work with this company.We hope you still had a good stay in Paris, Have a nice day, Camille

Hello, thank you for your review. We are glad to read you liked your stay here. There is a snacking room in which you can find a fridge, a microwave and a kettle, and you can eat your own food in this room but not in the restaurant area. We have lockers in which you can store your things before the checkin and after the checkout for 4 for 6h and 7 for the day. As part of the hostel concept, you do have the bedding folded on the bed and you have to make your own bed. It was a pleasure to ahev you and we hope you had a loevely time in Paris. See you soon

Hello, thank you for sharing your experience at JO&JOE. Indeed you can bring your own towel or padlock, otherwise we offer the solution to buy a padlock or rent a towel at the reception. We do have a restaurant where you can order food : pizza, salads or snack. If you want to bring your own food, you can eat it in the snacking room. We hope you still had a great time in Paris.
