Welcome to this beautiful, bright apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends. Fully equipped (fiber Wi-Fi, TV, bed and bath linens), it offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in Paris.

The apartment consists of three separate bedrooms and a very comfortable double sofa bed with a real mattress.
A welcoming double living room, a functional kitchen, and a bathroom.
We also provide a crib, two high chairs, (rows behind the curtain in the entrance hallway) and toys for children.

Each bedroom is equipped with a fan, there are also two powerful fans in the living room: dining room.

A filter coffee maker and a filter coffee Nespresso.

Located just a few meters from Trocadéro station, you can reach the Eiffel Tower in a 5-minute walk. The lively and safe neighborhood also has many local shops.

Located on the elegant Avenue Kléber, this apartment boasts an exceptional location in the heart of Paris's 16th arrondissement. This refined residential neighborhood is renowned for its Haussmannian architecture, prestigious embassies, and luxury hotels such as the Peninsula Paris.

Just a few minutes' walk away, discover the majestic Place du Trocadéro, offering breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Palais de Chaillot and its renowned museums. Avenue Kléber also connects Place Charles-de-Gaulle, dominated by the Arc de Triomphe, to the Champs-Élysées, perfect for shopping and strolling.

The neighborhood is very well served by public transport, with several metro stations nearby: Trocadéro, Boissière, and Kléber on line 6, facilitating your travel throughout the city.

You will also find many local shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants to enhance your stay.

The apartment is ideally located between Boissière, Trocadéro, and Kléber stations, all served by metro line 6, which runs from west to east across Paris along the Seine, offering magnificent views of the Eiffel Tower.
From Kléber station (just a few meters away), you can easily access connecting lines to major tourist attractions: the Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse, Gare de Lyon, and more.

Bus and taxi stops are also available nearby, allowing you to easily travel throughout Paris.

Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, do not make noise after 9 p.m. We also thank you for carrying your suitcases and not rolling them to avoid noise pollution.

Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.
Be careful not to leave the apartment with the keys inside, or you will be locked out.
