Toppen service!
Toppen service i receptionen. Rummet var i minsta laget även för att vara i Paris. Väldigt prisvärt och bra läge.

Mini vacation
A lovely hotel not too far from cafes and restaurants. The opera house is 10-15 minutes walk. Small rooms, although if you do not intend to spend all your time in the room you'll be fine. Friendly staff and very clean. I would stay here again!

Väldigt mysigt litet hotell. Trevlig personal som kunde bra engelska. Vårt rum var litet men hade det mesta man kunde behöva, vi saknade dock strykjärn på rummet. Uppskattade vår franska balkong och Nespresson på rummet extra mycket.

Good stay
Stayed here over the new years eve, and there is not much to complain about. As we knew during new years eve, all of the hotels are going to be fully booked, and a bit pricy. However, for the price we got Best Western Le Swann was fairly good compared to others. As known, rooms in Paris aren´t big at all however that aren´t disturbing to us. We wanted somewhere to sleep, and we got it. But do keep in mind - the rooms are very small. We wanted to walk alot, and so we did. About 20 minutes to Galeries Lafayette, another 15 minutes to Louvren. However, when our legs didn´t worked along with us, we took the metro and jumped off at the station "Europe" which is about 200 metres away from the hotel. Bed were comfortable. However, a disappointment with the toilet door - which were all in glass. Eventhough I travelled with my girlfriend, it was a bit uncomfortable going to the toilette knowing someone is watching you.

Rummet var jätteliten. De fattades badtofflor samt tvål. Frukosten hade inte så mycket utbud. Läget va oki.

Charmigt!
Ett väldigt charmigt hotell beläget i ett mysigt område med gångavstånd till bd. Haussman. Frukosten var riktigt bra och även servicen. Rummet var dock väldigt litet, och en skjutdörr i glas till badrummet var väl inte super trevligt. Annars ett bra hotell jag skulle kunna besöka igen!

Shoppingresa. Bra läge på hotellet, fräscht och med trevlig personal dock alldeles för små rum. Fick klättra över sängen för att komma till andra sidan? Ett dubbelrum med 140cm säng? Kan inte vara ok?

Nice hotel.. Madam Ahlam, the reception staff manager, was highly professional. The entire hotel staff was friendly and smiling. The rooms were good but small, like most hotels in Paris. Yes, I will repeat the experience and return to live in the hotel in the future

I have to thank Karin for his hospitality which is not extremely common in Paris, I have to say. I had some issues coming from the airport on the top of the wicked headache after not sleeping on the airplane. He was very helpful from the moment I got there until the day I left for the airport. The check-in time is 3 pm but he made sure I got my room sooner than that. Paris is beautiful. Parisians however would be a topic of a very different conversation.

A balcony makes all the difference!
Great location and area to stay in. The Room I booked was with a balcony - the first room I was provided was more like a cell with no balcony BUT, staff recognised their error and moved me to a room with a balcony. Given the size of he rooms this made a huge difference and I would recommend always booking a room with one. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Good breakfast with a pleasant variety to select from.

The hotel was average - the bar downstairs was not open at all and we kept asking for supplies of Tea bags etc. It reminded me of a B&B. The room up in the attic on floor 6 was not very pleasant with a small tilt and turn window. but it was very clean and the staff were pleasant.

Staff are very friendly and can provide excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hotel has 2 elevators, however only one was working. We were on the 6th floor (top floor) and would sometimes it would take 4 or 5 minutes to get to or from our room.
