Paris zum Verlieben
Direkt am Canal de l'Ourc liegt die kleine Ferienwohnung, in der wir als Mutter-Tochter-Team einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt verbracht haben. Carlo hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und in der Wohnung war alles tiptop vorbereitet. Wir haben viel Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht und es macht Spaß, dem bunten Treiben am Canal zuzuschauen und dabei gemütlich zu essen. Zwei Metro-Stationen sind in der Nähe, ebenso Bäcker und Supermarkt. Ein Highlight für kleine Feuerwehrfans: Die Feuerwehr ist gleich gegenüber auf der anderen Seite des Canals. Gern kommen wir wieder! Merci beaucoup!

Tolle Wohnung
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich alle notwendigen Geschäfte, um sich mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken. Die Lage ist super, man kann Ausflüge überallhin unternehmen. Unser Gastgeber Carlo war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Vielen Dank!!

Beautiful apartment in beautiful neighborhood
We had a great time at Carlo's apartment, which has everything you need. It is in a great neighborhood that is not touristy, with a nice canal surrounded by bars and restaurants. It is an also very close to two metro lines. The apartment itself was very well appointed and comfortable.

Agréable appartement et très bon accueil de Carlo.
L'appartement correspond à la description. Au bord du canal le long duquel on peut flâner, métro proche, tous les commerces à proximité. Un quartier qui a bien changé et qui mérite à être découvert, de préférence à pied! La Villette, la cité de la musique, le canal. Et surtout un propriétaire sympathique, fiable, conciliant et en même temps discret. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans ce lieu confortable et agréablement agencé. Merci Carlo.

Stay at La Villette

GREAT place to stay
What a wonderful "home" to return to after a day of touring Paris. Carlo is a gracious landlord who readily responded to all our questions. The apt. was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay, even coffee and tea! The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's rest for our weary selves. The neighborhood appears to be an up and coming area with a good mix of young and old living together. Everything you need is within walking distance, including 2 metro stations which made traveling into Paris center easy. Plus there is a farmer's market across the canal on Thursday and SUnday. We felt safe at all times and truly at home. We highly recommend this rental - you won't be sorry. Thank you Carlo for the hospitality!

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Für 2 Personen ist sie perfekt. Eine dritte Person kann auf einem Klappsessel schlafen, dieser ist aber sehr unbequem. Carlo ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und war auch schon im Vorfeld immer erreichbar. Im Bereich der Wohnung sind 2 Metrostationen, von dort kommt man schnell überall hin. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Wir sind von Carlo sehr nett empfangen worden. Er sprach Gottseidank auch etwas deutsch.
Das Apartment war Blitze Blank und für uns drei Personen genau passend. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir direkt auf den Kanal schauen. Carlo der überaus nette Besitzer führte uns in alles ein was wir wissen mussten. Sogar eine Flasche Prosecco stand im Kühlschrank zum Empfang bereit. Also wir waren mehr als zufrieden und würden das Apartment einem Hotel jederzeit vorziehen. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Danke Carlo!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung in einem lebendigen Quartier
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Empfang hat prima geklappt und der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Metrostationen sind nicht weit, so dass man schnell überall hin kommt. In dem Quartier hat es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bäckereien und der Blick auf den Kanal vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Auch nachts ist das Viertel noch lebendig und es war nicht nur ruhig, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster war es kein Problem. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Super Location
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ou rien ne manque. Un accueil remarquable avec une souplesse sur l'horaire d'arrivée. Quel bonheur de louer un appartement où tout est prêt (pas de draps ni serviettes de toilette à amener). Une propreté irréprochable et un quartier super agréable. Nous avions emmener nos vélos donc la voiture est restée au garage. Je conseille vivement cette location, nous avons adoré ce séjour et le tarif très correct.

Paris von einer unbekannten, sehr schönen Seite
Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt (für Paris) sehr ruhig. Der Blick vom Balkon, auf dem man bei gutem Wetter sicher nett sitzen kann, war auch im Januar lohnend. Wir haben uns in der kleinen Wohnung (für eine Nacht auch zu dritt) sehr wohl gefühlt und uns über die vielen kleinen liebevollen Details gefreut - angefangen bei der Flasche Prosecco im Kühlschrank, den vielen Ausflugstipps (u.a. Ausflugsfahrten auf dem Canal de l’Ourq) über die schönen schwarz-weiß-Fotografien des Viertels im 19. Jh. bis hin zu den praktischen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die super Métro-Anbindung. Der unaufdringlich- freundliche Gastgeber Carlo hat den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt gemacht: wir kommen gerne wieder!

Peaceful and pleasant
The proprietor is very friendly and an excellent communicator. The apartment is well appointed, clean and tidy. It is close to public transport and right beside the Canal St. Martin, which is great if you like to walk or jog. The building is secure and generally quiet, so I found it great for both working and resting. No complaints whatsoever.

Man ist willkommen !
Freundliche Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Gute Anbindung an die Metro, wir bevorzugen die Station Crimée, der Weg dorthin ist schöner als über Station Laumière. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Carlo war ein sehr netter Vermieter, der uns alles erklärt hat und sehr hilfsbereit war. Vom Balkon blickt man auf den Kanal de l'Ourcq, an dessen Ufern tagsüber gern gejoggt wird. Geschäfte sowie zwei Metrostationen finden sich fußläufig. Selbst das Marais ist nur etwa 30 min zu Fuß entfernt, und die Wege sind ja nie langweilig! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und danken Carlo für seine freundliche Unterstützung!

Un bel appartement, une belle situation, un hôte très agréable.
Le quartier du canal d'Ourcq, adjacent au parc de la Villette, nous a séduit par sa vitalité. La proximité du canal est manifestemment un "aimant" qui attire la jeunesse, mais sans excès (vélos, jogging,...). L'appartement est agréable, très bien équipé, dans un cadre arboré, et l'hôte est très prévenant, attentif à notre confort et disponible. Nous recommandons cette location sans problème.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Paris!
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schon im Vorfeld super unkompliziert und sehr nett! Wir haben sogar ein Video der Wohnung von ihm bekommen - die Wohnung entspricht genau dem, was man auf den Bildern sieht und ist extremst sauber! Gemütliche 10 Minuten zu 2 möglichen Metrolinien, eine Boulangerie und Supermarkt sind 2 Minuten entfernt. Besonders geniessen konnte man die Abende auf dem Balkon, mit Sonnenuntergang über dem Kanal. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, scharfe Messer sind echt eine schöne Abwechslung. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir gut bei Carlo aufgehoben, bei möglichen Fragen war dieser immer über Whatsapp erreichbar. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire et suis désolé de ce désagrément. La résidence est très calme, et le double-vitrage est d'habitude très efficace contre les petits bruits de la ville... Sauf en cette période de canicule où le ventilateur ne suffit plus et où les fenêtres restent souvent ouvertes la nuit. Heureusement pour nous, ces jours de forte chaleur sont encore peu fréquents à Paris, et je suis sûr que vous aurez plus de chance lors de votre prochaine visite !
