Nice, clean and cozy. 5 mins walk to Louvre and Seine. Plenty of Cafe and small cute restaurants and markets around. Feel very safe and enjoyable, eating and walking around into midnight. The room is on the small side, stairs are quite narrow and steep, probably typical for Paris. Moving large luggage up and down was quite some challenges. Communication was very good and prompt.

Great Apartment in Heart of Paris
I stayed with my wife and adult son on our first trip to Paris. We really enjoyed the apartment and it worked well for us. Great location, clean, nice amenities, great communication. We would definitely stay here again. But a few things to mention for those considering. This is an apartment not a hotel so no lobby or concierge. Edgar and his team were great on communicating so we had no issues. Stairs are narrow and steep We were thankfully only one flight up. It is a small apartment, tight for 3 adults with the couch bed out. We unpacked our luggage into the closets to keep the floor space clear. Bathroom is tiny, we made use of the sink in the kitchen area to help avoid congestion. Bedroom bed was cozy. Maybe a US full size, certainly smaller than a US queen. Pull out couch bed was larger and comfortable. The bedroom was a bit too warm for us which is concerning since it was December and the radiator heat was off. We had to leave the bedroom door open to keep it cool since we like to sleep in cold. I could imagine summer and no AC could be difficult. We did experience some minor issues with the bar patron noise outside until around midnight . We were again surprised considering we were there mid week and it was cold outside. A closed window and the portable fans helped mask it and we slept fine. But a summer weekend with widows open could be a different situation. There is also an occasional vibration from the nearby subway, but it was not a issue

This property is way too expensive for what it his to offer. First no elevator and I had to take baggage until 4th floor. No A/C we were sweating at night and if we open windows people yelling we could not sleep. Super small apartment very uncomfortable bathroom and very smelly

Very small but in Paris downtown hard to expect more. Wonderful location!! Nearby restaurants are great quality, close to grocery shops, close to interesting places, and very safe area (albeit a bit noisy). Strongly recommend!

The property’s location is excellent, near there are restaurants, transportation, grocery. The neighbor is very safe. Walking distance to touristic attractions, museums and important avenues.

The pictures for the property listing were misleading, since they made the rental look bigger. Please note that the property is petite in size and one would benefit from inquiring about square footage/considering ones personal need for space. Additionally, the listing was misleading in the follow ways: the place did not have a dryer (only a washer was available) and there is no front lobby. I found the place to be over-priced for what it had to offer. ***** I am rating the place as average, because the property staff did a great job of communicating with us and they were nice upon arrival. Additionally, the area in which the property is located is safe and it is close to stores/restaurants.

We just spent a wonderful week at Edgar Suites Paris Louvre-Bellan. It’s a small accommodation, but it was fine for us and our two teenage children. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Paris. The kitchen was good for simple breakfasts and some dinners. The washer/dryer was perfect, enabling us to pack lighter. The beds were on the firm side, but were comfortable for us. There are several markets within a short walk. Many restaurants are within a short walk. If you’re up for walking, most everything is walkable. The Eiffel Tower is about 3 miles, but it’s a beautiful walk along the river, and walking is the best way to see a city anyway. Notre Dame and the Louvre are both short walks away. We only took the train to Versailles and Disneyland, but the train station and metro stations are a few minutes walk away. If you are an independent traveler who is looking for a self catered stay to use as a great base, then this is a wonderful place. If you prefer luxury accommodations with amenities and a concierge for advice/recommendations, this is probably not the place for you. We would not hesitate to stay here again upon returning to Paris. Thank you Edgar Suites for such a wonderful stay!

Overall að nice property. Communication was great! The location is ideal and cleanliness of the apartment was fine. Only thing I could mention is that there were a few items could be fixed (stained sofa, cracks in wall and floor) but nothing serious that a coat of paint could not quickly fix. Would recommend the apartment despite those items.

Location was amazing!!! The apartment was way smaller than what the pictures showed, and noisy and smelly! BUT such a great location that we really did not mind that a whole lot.

Très bruyant !
L’hôtel est au dessus d’un restaurant qui ferme à 2 heures du matin ! Impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes à cause des nuisances sonores. Si vous fermez les fenêtres vous aurez trop chaud. Les ventilateurs mis à disposition sont bruyants et ventilent de l’air chaud évidemment quand il fait chaud dehors. Les bouchons d’oreilles à profusion dans l’appartement sont inutiles car ils n’isolent pas suffisamment par rapport aux bruits de la rue et des ventilateurs. C’est que lorsque j’ai payé qu’Edgar m’a informé que l’appartement était au dessus d’un restaurant et que si il y avait du bruit je pouvais descendre voir le patron. Bien sûr ! En pyjama ? Je conseille fortement à Edgar d’investir dans un vrai système de climatisation comme les vrais hôtels !

Bonjour Michel, Nous sommes réellement navrés de l'attitude de ce restaurant lors de votre séjour, ils ont profité de l'autorisation de la Mairie de Paris pour faire du bruit tardivement. Tout cela est désormais fini, avec l'aide du voisinage et de la mairie, notre quartier est de nouveau tranquille le soir. Comme vous l'avez témoigné par téléphone, vous regrettez votre commentaire mais Expedia refuse vos modifications. C'est bien dommage mais c'est ainsi. This property is located in a great location! Er walked from the EST train station to the apartment with no problems, about 20 min. A few minute walk to restaurants, bars, bakeries. It’s about a 15 min walk to the Louvre Museum and if you don’t mind walking, we walked to the Eiffel and arc de triumph. It didn’t seem like long walks because of the sites along the way. But there are scooters and bikes you can rent and taxis. You can stop and eat and drink anywhere around this area and along any route you take if you walk or ride the scooter. The apartment is small, but was fine for 4, 2 adults 2 teenagers. We were gone most of the time. Also the sofa bed is really comfortable.

Location was great, close to everything: metro, cafes, attractions, market. Communication with personnel is excellent, quick response to inquiries. Comfort, not do much since the apartment we had was on fourth floor, up and down on spiral stairs. Apartment was clean.

Unexpected excellent stay in Paris
It was a very good stay. The toilet is a bit small, but with excellent amenities. The host is super responsive and often reach out to me to provide any assistance proactively. The sofa bed is so comfy and big, which makes this residence a perfect stay for a family. I think it is a good value for money, given the excellent location: all destinations at a walkable distance within 15 mins.

Fiyatı daha uygun olsa tüm hafta kalmak isterdik, çünkü burası bir studio ev yani kısa değil uzun kalış için daha uygun fiyat sunulmalı.
